I'm proud of so many of you on this board for the changes you've made. When it comes down to it, none of us are where we want to be yet. We are all striving to be better. What keeps us going is looking back on how far we've come.
It's inspiring and enlightening to see so many of you at AR progressing, and becoming a better you. No matter who you are or where you are at, there's always others out there that are trying to get where you are. You are somebody else's goal already, so every step you take will just drive you and motivate you more and more.

The hand held testers are real funny if you carb cycle use it depleted then after you carb up holy shit 2 differant extremes

ya I was impressed its like a damn scale that sends an electrical shit through your body I guess to measure all that shit. pretty cool I guess took about 45 seconds. how accurate who the hell knows but maybe its blowin smoke up my ass I don't know but I am ok with the results got my sights on 15% in 12 weeks.

well it was free for me it was on base im not sure what someone who has one of these would charge ive heard 30 to 35 bucks but iono. it would take some calling around and find out who in your area has the InBody machine
