I'm telling you man....it's AMAZING. I love it, and the macros are awesome. 280 calories per pint with 25g of protein low carbs and low fat.

It's a bit pricey for what it is, but I love every flavor I've tried

I actually was planning on telling you all about this soon brother!, and I just found out about this ice cream myself last week, and I can't stay away from it now lol. I literally bought the last 3 pints at the grocery store the other day lol

absolutely right brother... perfectly said... that goes for anything... aas, sarms, peptides, basic supplements... if your diet and training are not dialed in then just forget it... i get clients who say "help me do blah blah blah but i will not give up soda" "will you coach me?" my reply " Not if you pay me a million dollars!!" ultimately, they will never see the proper results and its all on said person... if your diet is not where it needs to be, then it defeats the entire purpose of any of it and frankly, i wont advise if you pay me because your expecting to basically have something do all the work for you, and that shit does not occur.. thats fantasy land, not reality

Morning
100 gm sprouts
2 egg white
1 scoop iso

lunch
SALAD
5 egg omlete(whole)
1 scoop iso
100 gm curd

Post workout 1 scoop iso

Dinner
half roasted chicken

I am on keto diet 60:35:5 ( fat , protein , carbs)
i was 83.5 kg when i started now i am 77.5...lost 6 kg in 2 month ( with cheat :p)
workout HIIT

please review this and guide me current weight 77.5 kg
