Keep concentrating on your diet and training....no juice for you in the near future.
Also 6 days a week for 2 hours in the gym is complete overkill.

morning:
5 egg whites, 1 serving plain fat free greek yogurt
snack:
1/4 serving of pistachios or nuts, cashews, almonds or walnuts...
1 apple or pear or grapefruit
afternoon:
6-8 oz. chicken breast or white fish
2-3 servings of green vegetables... (zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, onions, spinach, green beans, etc...
1/4 serving of rice
snack:
iso protein drink with unsweetened almond milk
1 bowl whole grain organic cereal with unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 serving of raisins
dinner:
8-10 oz. of chicken or fish or pork tenderloin or lean ground turkey
2-3 servings of vegetables
1/2 serving of rice
pre bed
1 serving of steel cut oats mixed with 1 scoop of protein and 1/4 serving peanut butter
5 egg whites
only drink water or unsweetened almond, cashew or coconut milk... bake or grill your meats... cook with non stick olive oil spray... you can use actual olive oil in one meal per day
