I only used it once I split my dose and I never noticed any negative sides except temporarily losing some definition to my muscles. If it was making me lethargic I'd quit that shit. TBH I felt like it gave me a huge boost while doing cardio.

Well that's the thing I take one dose in the morning and I'm fine no problems at all actually your right I get a boost but then around 1 or 2 In the afternoon I get a massive crash so hence why I was wondering if I divided the dose 6-8 hours apart I would feel better
Not many t3 fans here. Thyroid not something I like to mess with. With that said I've used it and I hated how it made me feel. But I dosed it first thing in am.
