I have looked up all your videos regarding the precautions for the cycle.
I'm about to start a Test e and tren e cycle for 12-13weeks
Running test e 500mg a week
Tren 500mg a week
Anavar 8-12 weeks

I am in a dilemma about should I be running test higher or tren higher to minimize the side effects!
Also PCT after 2 weeks of the last pin would be just nolva.. Good enough?

I'm 22, male Not my first cycle. I did run a test p tren a cycle 8 months ago which had to stop due to an injury!

I am training for 5 years. Was around 120kgs dropped down to 75kgs. Naturally

Current weight is 85kgs(185lbs)
H 173cms
BF is 20%
I'm nit starting the cycle right away I have a month in hand to shed some BF. I'll be starting the cycle as I hit 16-17Bf

Diet is 500gms of chicken divided in 3 meals out of 6.. 2 meals are 6 egg whites (12 eggs a day) and 6th meal is casein. Macros so far goes to 250g protein. Carbs 100g fat 50g Currently on keto diet as I have gained a bit when I was off from workout due to injury

I'm currently working my ass off to shed BF and yes I have knowledge about AAS!

I'm well aware of tren, but would be helpful if you give any alternative to it. I know about AAS but not a pro in it!

Are you waiting for someone to come in to this thread and tell you it's ok to run a cycle at 22 years old and 20% bf? Sarms are the most I'd recommend but seriously man... your diet is what needs work. Clean up your bf%. What does your diet and training look like?

bro, there are a MILLION things wrong with this scenario and ANYONE that tells you its okay to run this particular cycle or ANY cycle for that matter needs to have this ass kicked time and time again...

1 flat out, your far too young to be anywhere near steroids and your talking about running tren at 22 years old? CLEARLY you have not watched many of my videos because i STRONGLY am against this... your going to literally ruin your life at an early age

2. your not even close to the proper condition for steroid use... 15% is the MINIMUM and that's pretty shitty honestly... that shows you have no consistency with diet and training and are nowhere near any sort of potential you could reach on your own, which is already indicative by how old you are

3. you have not been training long enough

the list goes on and on... i commend you on wanting to be in better condition, i highly respect that but your hoping steroids can fix this, which is actually the adverse, they will ruin you...

i have other options to help you get in the proper condition if you like... it will absolutely get you to surpass your goals, but steroids are out of the question...

Brother, you re just far too young for steroids right now, and your bodyfat is way too high. You need to avoid them until you re older me in better condition. I can't believe you would even consider Tren in your current state

Bro, do what you want, BUT...
Why don't you just stick to Test for say 4 more cycles before you venture off into lala land with the compounds? You're technically still about 4 years too young neurologically as far as growth and development, BUT that's up to you I know how it goes as I made plenty of mistakes over the past 44 years. Just run Test for now then graduate into say a Test and Dbol cycle, then run 2 or 3 of those PROPERLY. The cycle lay out you have kinda sucks... just be straight up and ask the senior guys here to design you a cycle because regardless we all know you're gonna do it regardless of the risks, or short comings your cycle has. At your HT/WT/BF I'm gonna be straight up bro you're kinda pudgy and asking for trouble. Trim the fat and try to get to your natural limits before you dabble with AAS. If you're not gonna do that...try to listen to these guys on here for sound advice. Either that or run an all tren, tequila and anavar cycle for 52 weeks straight...
 
Tren at 22? And after one test cycle? Nah. Talk about recipe for disaster. Just wait until the alpha dog Tren turns you into lets loose on someone or you drift off to daytime tren sleepy land in your senior course in physics. Are you prepared for blood work to manage your critical numbers? Do you know what Tren does to cardiovascular system? To cholesterol? I would say no more cycles for you until you are a few years older, and then maybe a test cycle with all the right during and post planning, IF your diet, training, and body fat are in alignment.
 
Even if you were ready 500 mg of tren ace a week is a very experienced dose for a competive bodybuilder in contest prep its way more than needed and with your bodyfat level would wfeek hell on your cardiovascular system this is dangerous

That's correct. A lot of people just don't realize how bad Tren is and what the fuck it can do to your body
