Should I raise my kcals slightly while taking stenabolic? Atm, I'm eating around 3500kcal

440g carbs
80g fat

Loosing around 0.8-1.2lb a week
Should i change anything, is stenabolic anti catabolic?
 
Are you trying to lose weight? If so, I would keep things where they are until you plateau.

Yes it has anti catabolic properties.

That is a healthy way to loose weight.The sr +healthy diet+extra protein+<2lbs week weightloss = anticatabolic
 
Been on these kcals for about a month. Was on 3700kcal, but that was when i was loosing 0.5 lb a week, and i was walking alot more, and I've started SR today.

If you are cutting, then stay at the same level you are at for the moment. You are in a good rate of loss, and the stenabolic will only help you even more. If you exceed two pounds per week of loss, bump your calories just a bit to compensate

If you can cut a pound a week @3500 calories a day you are LUCKY!!!!!

I need to be at 1600 a day to cut at that rate...

Yeah mate i have a fast metabolism. Not really difficult for me to diet lol. That's nothing though, when I was working construction i was eating around 4000kcals a day and dropping weight.

As much as I hate to admit it, this is what I get from my Daughter....me me me me me I I I I...me me me I'm I'm I'm

It has been 3 years since she has asked me how I'm doing...even after 76 pounds of weight loss....not ONE word about how I did it....am I ok ...do you have cancer.....NADA!!!!
I basically gave up trying to converse...and God forbit it would be on that thing called a telephone....oh no....NEVER...only text....cause when you text.......I and me are REALLY fast!!!!

at 18 you shouldnt be using much of anything... of course you have a fast metabolism at 18 years old... it wont be so fast every year as you age, however with the right amounts of cardio and knowing how to time out food etc. it will continue to be extremely fast... at 18, your going to have eat an extra abundance to put on size though... i know countless kids your age that can eat whatever and whenever but that does not give the license to eat bull shit all day (not saying you would), just a general statement... just understand, at your age, you have not even begun to develop... your in the baby stage of that... DO NOT and I REPEAT, DO NOT mess with anything that could affect your hormones in any way... not at your age...
 
Dylan for a while i went real fat, like 200lb+ 30% bodyfat. I started dieting and lost a ton of fat, even when i was dieting my metabolism wad very slow, after a while i did kind of a recomp, then eventually my metabolism started speeding up again.
