Dylan for a while i went real fat, like 200lb+ 30% bodyfat. I started dieting and lost a ton of fat, even when i was dieting my metabolism wad very slow, after a while i did kind of a recomp, then eventually my metabolism started speeding up again.
thats because you slowed it down to a snail place from clear issue with your diet... once you correct it then things will kickstart again but you have to get your diet dialed in, which it seems you have been working on... at 18 your metabolism should be like a fucking cheetah its so fast.. YOU have to fix it with your eating and training first then things like gw and sr will help correct it as well...
