I love your goal bro..... Ill be watching, good luck

You're on your way bro! You should think about incorporating GW into your cutting stack. Maybe even consider Ostarine. Either way, seems you've made a commitment to lose fat and HIIT is a great way to do it. Good luck bro!

Diet wise I am not going to change much at all. My normal day goes as follows

Breakfast: One of three options either just drinking coffee with coconut oil in it and wait till lunch for the intermittent fast, having a breakfast smoothie containing protein, fruit, yogurt and fibre or protein pancakes.
Lunch: High protein and carbs options
Pre workout snack: Banana, apples and peanut butter.
Dinner: Can be anything but I cook a lot of varied foods from around the world which is why I don't bother with vitamins.

What I will be doing though is increasing my cardio which has always been might weakness. Hopefully this should be a great test of the SR9009.

I was thinking of the shredded stack for a while but with my wedding coming up I want the up most ball power how those honeymoon ab workouts :).

minimum I would add GW especially if you are increasing cardio and you don't like it, it really does make it so much easier

I would love to but have to watch my cash at the moment with my wedding and honeymoon coming up. Think I will do the SR alone for the 3 bottles I got and see its standalone effects. As a quick update both today and yesterday I have felt great. Had a ton of energy. Clean energy! Sleep has been great as well. I got my before photo taken but will leave photos till the end of the cycle.

Beginning of Week 2:

So I have completed the first week on my SR9009 cycle.
Weight 207.5 pounds
Resting heart rate average: 70bpm
Heart rate variability: 72

I have found that I no longer have any day time sleepiness and have generally had a clean amount of energy through the entire day.
There has been a massive decrease in the time of recovery between sets. Cardio has improve a minor amount.
I have kept my diet the same and have found that I am a tiny bit more hungry than normal.
Sleep has also been really good, better than normal,
I have had no side effects apart from an increase in libido which is odd has this isn't meant to alter hormone levels.

At the rate I am going through this stuff I would say that you get 3 weeks out of a bottle so this should work out to be a 9 week cycle in total.

Very nice so far bud. Keep at it. You are experiencing everything you should be results wise at this point and it's going to keep getting better for you...and yes you are correct at a 30mg dose per day of SR9009 a bottle lasts around 3 weeks.

Does anyone know how long it will take for the fat lose rate to reach its maximum?
I don't quite understand your question. Fat loss takes time and your sr9009 will help with that, but it comes down to how well your diet and training is structured to determine what your fat loss rate is

I am in to follow this log. I have run SR in the past and love this compound. I definitely want to stack it with GW the next time I use it. GW is by far my favourite thing to use so I am really interested on how the 2 work together. Good luck with your fat loss goals brother!

Let me ask it another way. SR9009 increases the mitochondria in cells which then in turn allows that cells to burn more energy. The average liver cell can have between 1000-2000 mitochondria on average, lets say a skeleton muscle has a 1000 for easy maths . So say taking SR9009 at 30mg a day increases mitochondria by 20% that should mean 200 more mitochondria per cell. Obviously this doesn't happen instantly. There will be a period of time where it increases to the point of homoeostasis and then after coming of it a period of time where it returns to normal. I would like to know how long it takes for the SR9009 to reach a point where it reaches the homoeostasis?

Beginning of Week 3.

Weight 206 pounds
Resting heart rate average: not taking consistently this week so unusable
Heart rate variability: not taking consistently this week so unusable

So I have started week 3. I have lost about 1 and a half pounds in weight while keeping my diet exactly the same as I was before starting. So I should have lost about 9 pounds by the end of the cycle. However I do think that I have also gained muscle mass. My strength is up and the time to recover between sets has drastically reduced! This means I can hit it fast and hard in the gym going for heavy weights every time I go. I have also found that I get no day time sleepiness at all which is a very nice bonus. I have found no side effects at all. I haven't had much time for cardio so can't really say how much that has improved yet. Sleep has also been excellent. Just wish this stuff was cheaper so I could run it for 16 weeks.

Beginning of Week 4.

Weight 206 pounds.
Heart rate is lower by a few beats per minute by average.
Heart rate variability is on average better.
Found that I am looking leaner but haven't lost any weight so guessing I am putting on muscle at the same rate as loosing fat? My cardio has certainly got much much better and my energy is still up. Have found no sides what so ever.

Nice updates so far man, and it sounds like you are recomping which is an even better benefit
