I was planning on doing your diet plan. But I had some questions regarding mixing of the protein and eggs. Can I mix all of them up into a shake or do I have to cook the eggs. I want to look forward to some of the meals if I will be doing it everyday.
Also how long should I wait to expect to see results?
Thanks for your reply.

I have to be up around 3, 330 am for work and its hard to cook some mornings. So what i have been doing is putting my shakes in a blender. I do 1 scoop protein powder, oats, some fruit some days and then raw egg or egg whites. I wasnt sure if i could handle the raw eggs so i started with one at a time, now im up to 4 or 5. To me its so much easier and quick to eat my eggs that way. You dont taste or feel the eggs at all due to the oats (i feel the texture of the oats over everything). Thats just what i have been doing personally for breakfast. so far so good.

you generally wont taste them at all when you blend them in a shake and definitely not with the oats in there... thanks for posting

you should see results within the first 2-3 weeks but you need to make sure your hitting your cardio as well... i would go no less than 4 days a week on cardio

Try the carton egg white for drinking raw almost tasteless and its pasturized so theres no salmonella risk . and I like too mix the egg whites with the protien powder then fry it into pancakes and put sugarfree syrup on it

Oats work good too but hes focus on a fat loss platuea I think the fruit and oats maybe counter productive unless he trains in the morning and thats the preworkout meal
