Setting up my first cycle!!!

Well I'm thinking on running my first cycle and would like to get you guys input on it. First of all I'm 5'9 and 200lbs about 13% body fat. For my first cycle i want to run test but not sure what kind. I really want to run a short ester just in case something doesn't agree with me. So far here is my line up on what I'm thinking about.


Test(?) 6weeks 350 mg

A.I. Aromisin 12.5 mg Daily

P.C.T Nova 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Aromisin 12.5 every other day

Ohh yea my daily routine

Breakfast cup of Milk and 2 1/2 cups of my protein and peanut butter
Then i hit a 30 min jog
lunch some fruit and ????
then hit the gym for at least 45-60 mins with C4 creitine
dinner protein shake with a side of chicken breast and salad

Im pretty sure im leaving something out that i need to be doing so guys please feel me in Thanks
 
6 week cycle Yeah waste of time
And your nutrition still need help lots of protein supps not much talk of real food and it sound like you plan on bulking at we percent body fat that's a bad idea. Back to the drawing board Jr you ain't ready yet

Joh and 5/9 at 200 lbs and never used gear it most like your a lot higher than 12 percent body fat at that height and weight and 12 percent body fat you should have a pretty muscular build already

I'm trying to bulk up some more. Yes you are right this will be my first time using gear I always used pro hormones.
 
You need to get leaner bulking at higher body fat is horrible . insulin sensitivity is shit estrogen is far too high you going too gainway more fat than muscle. Get lean first

Here is my problem I got a good chest and shoulders but lil T-Rex arms!!! I been struggling with that. Yes sir but yes I will get on it try to get leaner.
 
how are you coming with 13% bf? Are you just guessing? 6 wk cycle is a waste of time 10-12 weeks minimum @ 350mg /wk. you may not even need an AI. Diet and training are key. test won't help anything unless your diet is on point and you're training properly. if you're trying to bulk, you're not eating near enough. steroids will not cure a shitty diet, period.
