I feel like I have too eat everytime I turn around just too meet my goals for the day because my food is so clean . my family is like man you eat every two hours .what they dont relize is that 8 oz chicken breast and 140 grams of rice is 400 calories I have two eat 8 of them too hit my 3600 calories there one dinner plate is 2500 easy mostly fats and simple carbs

absolutely but these people eat like 1000 calories each time, or more and its full of nothing but pure shit... your eating NOTHING BUT QUALITY all day and your disciplined on timing, regiment, working hard etc...
