Tonight when I walked into the Dojo Sensi was ripping a class of younger kids a new ass (12-14 yrs old). They had been slaking.He made it clear that no one was going to lie down and hand them the world. That they had better be able take care of themselves in every part of life. That he would not "go easy" just because they were having a bad day. Just like the world wouldn't.

I spoke to him and told him I liked what he said. He laughed and told me he was expecting at least a dozen emails from parents complaining that he should not be so rough with the kids. The great thing about him is he will offer to refund their money and they can go else where. He dosen't produce pussies!!!

I feel like I have too eat everytime I turn around just too meet my goals for the day because my food is so clean . my family is like man you eat every two hours .what they dont relize is that 8 oz chicken breast and 140 grams of rice is 400 calories I have two eat 8 of them too hit my 3600 calories there one dinner plate is 2500 easy mostly fats and simple carbs
