First off I will be done with my first SARM cycle November 4th and it was 16wk cut stack with SR added in. I did not really log like I should have and I am sure results would have been better if I had really stuck to a diet. With that said strength was awesome and with the diet not being quite in check I have not gained pound from where I started but weights have went up. Body wise I can notice changes which is good to, l was doing well about the first 8 weeks and then life just happened and things kept popping up and I just lost focus. Either way I did enjoy the cardio session I had and the strength was a plus. Not seeing a scale change does not bother be so much since I can see results in the mirror.
With that being said I am wonder if I should run a recomp or mass gaining cycle next. I plan on starting Jan1 or a week sooner I am not sure. My questions are what would you guys suggest for a second cycle and how long should I run it. I was looking at S4, Gw and LG but then I seen another stack with MK-677 added. I would like to maybe do the recomp since I kind of like being around the 190 - 180 weight but I would like to be in the 10% bf range. I am sure it will not happen the first go that if fine but that is my goal. I need to set a goal and right it down so I see it everywhere I go that way I stay motivated.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
