I'm 35, 6' 2", 218ish lbs. Training consistently 4 or 5x a week for the last year, my diet/nutrition is on point- I meal prep twice a week and eat the typical bodybuilding style foods (rice, chicken, tuna, broccoli, shakes,etc). Getting in 4-5 meals a day. The goal is to put on mass with very little fat.
My first cycle currently is 12 weeks of test e 250 1x a week, test p eod. I've gained close to 10lbs currently at week 8 and am slightly leaner too. Strength has increased and the pumps are night on day from being off and on. i had bloods done before i started pinning and my test levels were in the low range of healthy. I have aromasin on hand but havent experienced any sides at the low dosages i'm on. I am working with a coach/mentor who has 25+ years of experience with compounds and bodybuilding and this is what my second cycle consists of:
400 test-e
400 primo-e
200 nandrolone cyp
25mgs/Ed dbol
nolva on hand as an ai.
