Second Cycle advice please

Stats 49 years old, 6ft 167lbs, 7%BF. Lifting 6 days a week for 2.5 years. First cycle was 500mg Test Cyp for 12 weeks. Aromasin EOD. TRT lifer. NPC competitor.
Finishing first cycle Sept 27. Very happy with results of Test cycle as posted earlier in a Post about how happy I am with Bio Tech Labs.

Currently prepping for the Jay Cutler on November 7. Stage weight 162. Walk around weight 172-175. Mens Masters physique (obviously).

I was wanting to start a second cycle around January 1016. Definitely wanting to add some lean muscle. So a bulking cycle of some sort. What do you guys think would be good for this? I eat super clean with 2500 calories a day maintenance. 2000 calories to cut. 3000 calories to gain. Usually. Open to all suggestions and advice. Thank you.

For being a physique competitor, in your next cycle I think it would be great to add some EQ and possibly a Tbol kickstart to being in some really nice lean mass gains without added water and bloat. I think that will treat you well with very minimal side effects and it will be on the mild side for you. It could also be enhanced even more by throwing some different sarms into the mix with LGD to start, S4 to finish, and GW throughout the cycle. Here is how I would do the whole setup that I think would be perfect for you

1-16 Test C 500mg per week
1-16 EQ 600mg per week
1-16 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
1-6 Tbol 50-60mg per day
1-12 LGD 10mg per day
5-16 S4 50mg per day
1-16 GW 20mg per day
 
Thanks a lot Rick. Looks like a great 2cd cycle. I should have mentioned I utilize SARMS 3 months on 6 weeks off all year. Waiting to hear Dylan and others advise. But a great start. Thank you very much.

1-16 Test 500 EW
1-8 Tren Ace 50-100mg EOD
1-16 EQ 800mg EW
1-20 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD

Simple and effective

I would then drop into a cruise of test and tren 150mg/150mg ew. You will make incremental advances until the next blast. It's the way to go.

i have a really nice one for you here bro... if you want to keep it in the 12 week range then npp is ideal... if you want to run a bit longer then npp would be excellent... if you had a few more cycles under you then i wouldj ust say to use them both but since this is only your second, i would just run one or the other... since rick gave you an eq cycle, i'll give you an npp cycle... this one would be extremely beneficial towards your goals...

Hey bro, I congratulate you on competing and staying competitive ! A good role model for many!
Ok, I'm gonna go with Dylan's set up and here's why. For your goals npp is gonna round off everything ... Shoulders especailly and will put that cleaner size on. I think npp is the game changer for this run. Not to mention your joints will feel great! that tbol kicker going help you see the dramatics sooner. I would increase my calories here and focus with some good intensity in the gym. Take advantage of those first four weeks. Npp is so versitle so by the 8 week mark you should see where you need to shift things as far as diet. For me npp kicks in very fast so by week 4 I can cut back or increase. Good luck bro...keep us posted!
Oh and second place to me goes to tren...that would be my second choice. What can I say I love my tren! Lol

yes... this is set up as more of a recomp where i would rather use deca as more of a bulker... that's basically the only difference here and as a bulker i would go with the combo of lgd and tbol or for a huge bulk, just use dbol or anadrol... this particular cycle is aimed at a very strong recomp... im running something very similar my next cycle however i'll use priimo in this as well...

Tren is by far my favorite compound for obvious reasons. Its perfect for for anyone looking to get down to stage weight or bulk heavy before a later prep. I wouldnt suggest running it early in your aas career but in any case youve gotta start somewhere and its not really as scary as some make it out to be. Youve just got to get informed and be cautious. If youre looking to run tren you should check out phurious pharmas tren storm. Its by far above and beyond any tren ive run.

Theres also a thread posted some weeks back on low dose tren and the drastic results some individuals have seen from it. Again, its a personal decision but what the other guys have laid out seems perfect for you. I just really like tren. Haha

Couldnt agree more. Some people are just lucky and im happy to say im one of them that just tolerate tren well. Thank god because its so damn amazibg
