Hello Dylan,

I been watching your videos for awhile now and find them very informative.

I’ve only been seriously working out for the last 3 years ( 3x times a week, mixture of weigh training and cardio).

I want to to build more muscle but not bulk up - ok with adding some size 5-6lbs.

I am 5’7 130 lbs , 40 yrs old, thin build and do not struggle with weight.

Is SARMS ok to try at this stage and what would you recommend?
 
yes, sarms are good to use but bro, you clearly have some sort of diet issues... i need you to post up your normal diet each day because there is no way at 40 years old you should be weighing what you do.. its very scary to be honest so please post your diet so i can see where there are issues...
