Hello everyone! First off her are the stats
Age: 22
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 183-189lbs depending on the day
Body Fat: 10-12%
Years of Training: 3 consistent, and 3 extra years back in high school
Cycle History: 1 sarms cycle: MK 2866 25 mg for 12 weeks (sarmsx) and daa weeks 9-12
PCT: clomid and GW 501516 (all from sarmsx)
Goals: to increase my squat, bench, and deadlift while maintain weight in the 180s and a relatively low body fat, as well as maintaining or increasing my current muscle mass
Supplements: whey isolate, creatine HCL, fish oils, pre workout/aminos if I feel like it, coq-10, multivitamin, and vitamin D pills
Nutrition: high protein high carb moderate fat, I can get specific if asked. Generally stay strict minus one or two "cheat" meals a week
Now my question involves my next sarms cycle. I will be doing my first powerlifting meet in December and naturally want to maximize my training as best as possible keeping in mind I'm clearly not ready for AAS. I loved my MK 2866 solo cycle, really helped heal up a ligament tear in my low back (along with a good understanding chiropractor) that had been plaguing me for almost a year. So I would like to run that again at 25 mg a day for the healing benefits, along with S4, trying to use Dylan's protocol to reach 100mg a day with that.
I would like to add one more sarm to the mix. I'm debating between lgd and GW. Budget reasons prevent me from running both. I loved GW in the PCT, I just felt great and it helped reduce some cholesterol and BP, not that either one was high at all. I also cut some extra fat with it. But I have no experience with LGD. What would you guys recommend I chose? Again, maximizing strength in the 3 lifts is my top priority.
Thank you all for any feedback
