Sarms Powerlifting Cycle

Hello everyone! First off her are the stats

Age: 22
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 183-189lbs depending on the day
Body Fat: 10-12%
Years of Training: 3 consistent, and 3 extra years back in high school
Cycle History: 1 sarms cycle: MK 2866 25 mg for 12 weeks (sarmsx) and daa weeks 9-12
PCT: clomid and GW 501516 (all from sarmsx)
Goals: to increase my squat, bench, and deadlift while maintain weight in the 180s and a relatively low body fat, as well as maintaining or increasing my current muscle mass
Supplements: whey isolate, creatine HCL, fish oils, pre workout/aminos if I feel like it, coq-10, multivitamin, and vitamin D pills
Nutrition: high protein high carb moderate fat, I can get specific if asked. Generally stay strict minus one or two "cheat" meals a week

Now my question involves my next sarms cycle. I will be doing my first powerlifting meet in December and naturally want to maximize my training as best as possible keeping in mind I'm clearly not ready for AAS. I loved my MK 2866 solo cycle, really helped heal up a ligament tear in my low back (along with a good understanding chiropractor) that had been plaguing me for almost a year. So I would like to run that again at 25 mg a day for the healing benefits, along with S4, trying to use Dylan's protocol to reach 100mg a day with that.

I would like to add one more sarm to the mix. I'm debating between lgd and GW. Budget reasons prevent me from running both. I loved GW in the PCT, I just felt great and it helped reduce some cholesterol and BP, not that either one was high at all. I also cut some extra fat with it. But I have no experience with LGD. What would you guys recommend I chose? Again, maximizing strength in the 3 lifts is my top priority.

Thank you all for any feedback

gw will not do anything for strength, its for endurance. LGD builds muscle, but S4 builds strength.

Right, but I guess what I'm getting at is will LGD add any additional strength gains in top of the S4? Because if not I'd probably chose GW because I really enjoyed the cadiovascular benefits and the fat loss elements

Hey bro, for your goals of adding strength, I would do LGD, S4, and RAD140. Those are the three best for strength. Lgd will give you the healing benefits you are after but will be much better for strength than mk2866. GW is not a strength sarm, but for endurance and fat loss.

Get everything from www.sarmsx.com

The stack you want is called the power stack. Here is your layout

1-12 LGD 10mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 RAD140 20mg per day dosed in the am

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

Thanks Rick. The only reason I was going to run MK 2866 is because I already have some. I did kinda assume running MK 2866 with LGD wouldn't be any more affective than either one solo. I'll drop the idea of running GW, and I'll look into running RAD. It's pretty pricey which is why I hadn't considered it but I might be able to make it happen. I like that cycle you later out

Thanks for the fast input

addin osta to that cycle is fine for healing and some additional metabolism boost.

DO NOT DROP GW! So sayeth the self appointed Jesus Apostle of GW.

And yea, rad is spendy, but a stack of lgd/S4/rad/gw is a gainz magnet.

if you have to keep it to a minimum then to get the strongest, you want s4, lgd and rad... s4 provides the most strength of them all but lgd gives the most size... rad does both.. its such a strong combination... if you are able, this is that stack you want to run...

If you're short on cash wait a little bit and spend the money to do it proper when it makes sense financially. No point in missing out on gains that a good complete cycle can give you.

Thank you all for the replies and input. I'm going to consider everything said then make a decision. Probably going with MK 2866 since I already have it, S4, Rad, and if I can get some extra finances adding GW because I just loved it. And of course the mini PcT with everything ordered from sarmsx.

Thanks again
