So I am about 7 weeks in my SARM cycle (hopefully out of 12 weeks) and I went from 168 to 179 vut in the last 2 weeks I have been losing wight consistently. Currently I sit at 175.
I do not ubderstand why this is, as my routine hasn't really changed nor my diet. I took an extra rest day last week and have started a deload for this week.
Any suggestions or comments as what to do or an idea as to why this is happening? Kind of frustrating as I am trying to surpass 180.
