hey everyone new guy here and extremely interested in some information about SARMs. First of found out about them about 3 days ago and have been doing a lot of research but feel like I need to fill in some holes. I have been training hard for 3 years 4-6 times a week. I am in the military and having size is a great plus so its easy to stay on track. Same goes for nutrition I can easily get 3 square meals a day that are healthy and easily fill macro needs. With saying that I can not do anabolic steroids as being military they're not exactly..approved. And that is where SARMs come in!
As for as I read SARM were typically a bridge for AAS but can be used independently and still see amazing results if done correctly with good nutrition and dedicated to the gym. So here I am coming to the experts to have reality given to me and the truth. Using SARM's independently and in a smart way seems to have little no side effects as long as a strong gym and nutrition foundation has been set. So in short with my stats what is your advice?
Stats:
Age:22
Height 5'11
Weight: 185
Body fat % 15
Years of training: 3
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run) None
PCT for each cycle None
Goals: Size and strength/Endurance
Supplements (if any) Typical whey protein powder
As of now I am bulking with roughly 3500 calories of intake daily. For macros P:80-90 daily F:60 C:200 these are rough estimates of course and not exact in anyway and change daily as to what the military gives us to eat. Again looking for general advice and realistic information.
