S4 Avoiding Side Effects

Thanks you have just saved me a lot of time bro, Dylan kindly posted the whole Sarms cycle for me in great detail so I will follow the protocol and will check the videos and any other info regarding this as I'm still a noob
 
yep find your sweet spot with the s4 everyone is different like I said I ran almost at a dropper and a half last year but this year seems to be only 1 dropper per day does the trick
 
I will follow Dylan's cycle advice but how do I find the sweet spot once I've been taking it for awhile? And does this sweet spot mean that I'm getting stronger like lifting heavier when the dosage goes up? Do I start to see more muscle growth?
 
Can you run it year round if you're on TRT? I'm interested in the prostate benefits more than anything.

sweet spot meaning more pros than cons. if you are gaining in the gym and endurance is good then the sides should be the least of your worries, if the sides are too much then back off a little on the dosage. until they are tolerable with what gains you are making. the bottom line is more is not always the best. so you find a happy medium. I went up to a little over 1 full dropper per day this time and had a headache and vision sides came on too much so I backed it down to 1 dropper a day or a little under half per dose.

I don't think you can run s4 year round but a 3 week break should be good I think is what Dylan says like anything. but it may be a different beast with trt
 
well I don't know what your stats are, but I was 35% body fat when I started last june lost 40 lbs and about 8 inches in my waist from a 40 to a 32 now im sitting at 20% bf still a 32 inch waist.
How far under your maintenance calories a day were you for the run.

I have lost 70 pounds in the last year just with diet and hard fucking work!!!
 
I didn't track that strict but I believe I was under 1500 a day. plus 2 cardio sessions a day I would have protein shake after workout, chicken breast broccoli and small amount of rice 2 x's per day

You have to be careful going to low on calories because you will lose muscle...

could have but I do know my recovery was great on the triple stack now the 2 a days were only for a few weeks not the entire 12 weeks
 
well some will argue that I am a fat ass, hahaha but that was last year when I went that low. although I did do the tuna water a couple of weeks ago and there was a day I only had 400 cals. about 3-4 packs of tuna. but I wasn't exerting anything either as far as work or gym

Ok I see! So over the period of the 12 week cycle will I be able to keep increasing the weight and reps?
If so do I need to increase my protein and carb intake or keep it as it is?
Do I get to keep the gains when cycling off?
 
so to sum it up I am not competing in any competitions or aspire to be under 10% bf. if I want a fucking little Debbie I eat it by God lol
