I've been throwing MYO reps in lately on my lagging body parts for the last set. Pick a relatively light weight then perform 10 reps. Take the load off of your muscles and rest for roughly 10 seconds, then pump out as many reps as possible. Rest 10 seconds, and repeat. I usually do about 4-5 myo sets. It's pretty gnarly!
