Re: RE: Re: Red Face
Just curious. I don't understand much about RBC and the negatives. Never gave it the time. Also what other methods exist in addition to giving blood?

Now would rbc eventually drop back down or since it's in the blood and that's already thicked, once it's up its up.RickRock said:One of the reasons I always recommend regular blood donations for those that cycle. It's extremely important to keep your RBC and hematocrit from getting too high. The last thing you want is for your blood to start thickening which does happen over time with AAS use. That is what exponentially increases your risk of heart attack and stroke. It can even go up quite a bit just in one cycle, especially with compounds like EQ. For those that are on TRT and cruise, it also will rise with test levels that keep you at the high upper normal range or higher.
I religiously go every 8 weeks to give a pint of blood, and it does wonders for blood work. Besides that you are saving lives. It's a win win for everyone. I always feel like a million bucks after donating, and usually the next day have some of the best workouts.
