Recomposition

Hey everyone. I've a question for you guys.. Since recomposition is the most difficult goal when we compare it with just cutting or bulking, what are the major factors to succeed with this goal? We all know that diet is everything but gaining muscle and losing fat and bf% isn't that simple and many things need to be in order...
Anyone had personal experiences ?

Simply put, a good nutritional knowledge, a well planned diet and workout regimen and personal experience to know how your body works. This is a very complicated question, and a good one. I'm just too damn busy to discuss as much as I'd like right now.

everything needs to be disciplined and consistent... you need the right compounds to be used for this as well... everything needs to be dialed in precisely... there's not a range for error... its important to focus on caloric intake... i start most at 200 below maintenance because they are on the right compounds to accommodate being under and still gain the size and drop the fat... you also need to be lifting in the right manner, training in the hypertrophy stage... sets are 8-10 reps at 85% of your max... it all has to come together as one bro...

For me what works best is high protein low carb diet thats well planned and executed. Even when you not hungry you have to force urself to eat. I also do a high rep workout. 12-15 reps at like dylan said 85% of max. Ive done this with just osta, test, test + tren, test + tren + adrol. So really its not the compounds but the diet imo

EQ would also play a great role for recomp

Everybody might have their methods of what works for them for Recomp. I personally like to have days slightly above maintenance on workout days (3 days per week) and all other days at a slight defecit with cardio. I've found this method to work pretty well for me. I also keep the diet very clean and keep the carbs at a lower amount on non workout days

So 200 below maintenance is the more or less the way to go? When you say the rights compound are you referring to EQ, Tbol or Tren? I've seen your video about it and it was great and had great info ... Since I've never done this before I'm afraid if it's the way to go or should I just bulk and then cut... Whatever it takes , hard work pays off

But protein is around 1.5-2g/lb?

And how that went? How much progress did you achieve?

Usually i gain bout 6-7 lbs net with a noticeable loss on bf % nothing crazy so dont expect to run a cycle and end up shredded. For me its a long process. Slow but steady without a lot of yoyoing.

yes, exactly... here's an example of a big time recomp cycle... i would eat 60-65% protein, 30-35% carbs and 10-15% fats... 1.5 grams of protein per lb. is very ideal or even just a bit more...

here is the cycle... you can get your sarms, ancillaries and pct awww.sarmsx.com

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
7-18 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-16 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.

I was thinking something like 12 weeks , is it too little because of EQ?

12 weeks is too little for EQ, but you could always run your test and EQ 4 weeks, then introduce the rest. Just a thought.
