I'm looking to reduce body fat and maybe gain 5-10 lbs. I've done a decent amount of research and am thinking about EQ. My question is on the dosing and duration when stacking with testosterone. This is me 2nd cycle and I kept it really simple with my first. I did a test enthalate only for 12 weeks. I ran nolva post cycle 40/40/20/20. I'd feel a bit more emotional on nolvadex but nothing I seemed to not be able to handle. While on it I noticed some nipple sensitivity towards the end but nolvadex seemed to help with that pretty rapidly. My first week on I had night sweats post injection days. I did gain 30 lbs and lost about half the weight which I think was primarily water weight. I kept 20 lbs from 185 to 205 and at my heaviest I was at 215. I'm thinking of dropping the dose a bit to 400 test per week and 800 EQ a week splitting my pins Sunday and Thursday. I know you are supposed to run EQ longer so I'm thinking of running it like this:
On cycle and PCT: 1-22 weeks: n2 guard (standard dose) Aromisin 12.5 mg every other day
Wk 1-4: 800 EQ
Wk 5-16: 800 EQ 400 test
Wk 17-18: nothing
Wk 19-20: nolva 40mg/clomid 50mg
Wk 21-22: nolva 20mg/clomid 25mg
Age- 34
Height- 6' 3''
Weight- 205
Body fat %- 15%
Training- 15 years off and on, seriously 2 years
Goals- gain 5-10 lbs. 215 would be fantastic! body fat percentage decrease to under 10.
Nutrition- to stay at 205 I'm eating about 3,000 calories. I don't eat any junk food. I take 5g creatine in post workout protein shake.
Injuries- I have minor joint pain from a previous wrestling neck injury. I had this for over 10 years. For this reason I was thinking to stay away from winstrol.
