:I just watched your video and had a few questions for you . I have a herniated disk that is not healing torn ligaments in my back , faucet joint syndrome , and spondylothesis ( sorry for the misspelling) due to my back problems and it limits my mobility I have lost a lot of my leg and arm muscles and I have lost weight . Im 5'2 and only 99.6 lbs I get pounding headaches when I lay down and it affects my sleep. I have requested physical therapy for the past year and no luck. I have tried swimming it hurts so bad and makes my heart feel like its going to pop... I have 5 kiddos who need me and I want to build my leg and arm strength up and gain weight but dont know what to do that's safe for my size and disability . I want a life that is pain free and where I can move around without feeling stiff . When I lay flat on my back I have tried to do leg exercises and I cant stretch my leg straight up where it is straight. When I feel behind my thighs it feels like a tight band .
