My friend here is some advice from a guy who has lifted weights for over 50 years and did many different sports. You eat a lot of calories especially good protein only good fats, and wholesome carbs. Take creatine, workout hard and sleep well. No booze,no cigs. In time you will hit a peak and when you become your best then we can talk aas. I would say no sooner than 25. I raised 4 sons who were all athletes, and of course they wanted dad to roid them up when they were 12....lol. I laid the rule down that if everyone had thier diet spot on, and were working out hard according to my judgement, then at 24 they could start aas under my supervision. Their first cycle was 200mg test cyp for 12 weeks and then off for 6 months. NOT TREN...that comes way way down the road.
So give your body time to reach it's potential....and good for you for posting here. You will not be misled here. Dylan pretty much will always lay it out for you and you can trust him and many others on this board. I have spent many years keeping kids from hurting themselves, because it sickens me to see a young man damaged by mis info. Before you ever start anything that has risk, be sure that you completely understand the facts. Take care and good luck!
this is well said to say the least... one thing i see too many get into and i did as well was the partying, the alcohol etc... it ruins you, it really does and you have nothing to show for it but stories... factor that in with using steroids far too young or going that route instead, its just as bad that young.. its just not worth it... there are far better ways... trust me, you can bust your fucking ass day and night, work out twice a day, live it, breath it, bleed it etc and you will achieve it, you will sleep better at night and you will have nothing to worry about except being sore perhaps... NOTHING and i mean NOTHING replaces accomplishing something on hard work
