Putting together summer run. Thoughts?

I'm putting together my summer run and wanted to get some opinions. 36 yrs old 242lbs 6'5 16% bf per recent dexa scan yrs training 15+, 10-12 cycles over the years first 3 test only, several test/deca, test/tren runs. Was thinking of doing 500 mg test cyp, 500mg deca, 600 mg eq, all for 16 weeks. No pct as I'm on doc prescribed trt for good. I was wondering about kickstarting the cycle with dbol 50 mg a day for 5 weeks. Or I also have NPP on hand as well and was considering running that at 400 mg a week for the first five weeks. What's everyone's thoughts on the dbol vs NPP kickstart? I was also considering picking up some bold ace if I went with the NPP kickstart. To start out ai will be .5 pharma arimidex eod and adjust after blood work. I've never been Gyno prone and arimidex works well for me, plus I get it for my trt and don't need to use it for that so I always have extra. I also have caber on hand in case it's needed. Just looking for solid keepable gains. I have run dbol in the past with no estrogen issues. I'm planning on upping my cardio two months prior to my run to drop some more bf. Thanks in advance

I don't think kick starting with NPP is a good idea. That's too much nandrolone that can lead to problems, especially since your test dose is only equal to your Deca dose. I prefer test higher than that. Stick with Dbol if that works good for you.

Honestly you really should get into better condition first too. Your bodyfat is a little high for a cycle at the moment
 
Thanks Rick. I'm going to drop 500 calls and up cardio to 3x a week vs 1x a week now leading up to it. Also I have extra test on hand and can up it a bit if need be.
 
My bf usually isn't that high but I let the holidays get the best of me this year. I work shift work and have worked every holiday for the last 5+ yrs. this year I lucked out and got a M-f shift 8-4 weekends and holidays off and that position allows me to take time off when I want. This year for Christmas and New Years season I over did it and ended up putting on 12 over the holidays.
 
It's all good bro. I'd iust concentrate on getting more into the 12-13% range at least before starting which shouldn't be that hard for you
 
Can't wait to get started probably mid June at earliest. All Valhalla oils for the cycle too. It's gonna be a shame to use the last of my Viking stash...

sorry bro.....tough love time

1. You are on TRT ...so you basically already have the test level of a 20yr old...and you are at 16% BF???.....the cold hard truth is...your diet is WAY off..you need to get back to proper consistent nutrition BEFORE you cycle
2. cycling at 16% BF isn't healthy or effective

tighten it up..smooth out the rough edges and pound it it out a bit harder..hopefully by June you'll be ready to go full throttle

Thanks Buen. My diet is in check now but a bit too late.. I'm gonna grind it out and get this last bit of weight off before I start even if I have to push it back till later in the summer. Appreciate the help
