I told you guys I had some stuff going on and part of that crap resulted in me losing Internet for a few days while I worked out something with a new provider.
Anyway...
Today is day 27 of my sarms run and everything is moving along just fine. They still taste like shit but I'm way more adjusted to the taste now.
I figured I'd give a slight update on my weight. I started at 200lbs and had just started a slow cut when I started my sarms. I checked my weight this morning and I'm sitting at 195lbs so that was nice to see. Keep in mind I'm on a slow cut and what I mean by that is I like to cut calories slowly as to have room to keep adjusting when I stall out. I see way too many people cut a crap load of calories all at once and then they hit a wall and have no wiggle room to drop them lower, or they do drop them lower to a point that isn't healthy and they suffer as a result. I also have noticed that im feeling much harder than in the past. I don't always like to go by my weight and sometimes like to take into consideration how I'm feeling in my clothes. For example I love to workout in a hoodie and get all sweaty and what not. I have my go to hoodies for gym time and they have definitely been feeling more loose on me and yet I feel hard as a rock right now. Vision sides are still the same and have not gotten any worse. I will definitely be staying at 50mg of s4 per day and not attempting to raise to 75mg and risk having the vision sides reach a point that I couldn't tolerate. Tonight is back and abs and I will go in and conduct my therapy session. Oh and by the way endurance is still top notch, I'm seeing no signs of it fading.

Glad to see things are working so well for you!

Yeah man I'm still alive...work schedule changed as I noted earlier in this thread I believe, so I'm a bit more busy than I was before but still going strong. The stack is going great no complaints my friend.
You always want to follow the S4 dosing protocol to run it safely. Too much dose too soon can really bring on the side effects in a hurryrockmfhudd said:Ok I have a warning for everyone with S4. If yall have read I was packing to go to Pittsburgh, and I packed until 1030 ish Wednesday night, I took my S4 before bed, woke up at 3 to leave and just as normal after a cup of coffee I took my "daily" dose of Triple stack, I get 3 hours down the road and my vision was fucked, it was like my eyes wanted to close and blurry. It was then I realized I took too much within a 4 or 5 hour period. Please spread the word and warning to never take this shit too soon. I had to drive another 8 hours it wasn't very fun to say the least but I didn't have a choice, I stopped to eat pounded water to try to dilute it. but nothing was working I just had to suck it up. Anyway LESSON LEARNED!!!!!

rockmfhudd said:Well it was a combination of being tired and habit for me. I did not mean to do that. for sure. But you are right I was almost in a world of shit since I am usually right about the 10-12 hour mark between doses. Definitely not on purpose but I learned the hard way. Thank God it wasn't worse but I had a day buffer so I could have stopped for the day If I absolutely needed to.
rockmfhudd said:Damn good update man keep em comin and great progress I am on Day 9 so I look at your log to see what I am in for, results, sides etc. Like you I am still at 50 and will raise it when the protocol says too. My cardio has blown the fuck up, and I am glad to see that it hasn't faded!! Can't wait to read more of your log. Good work and your hard work is definitely showing progress.

I'm glad to hear everything has went so well buddy. You've done great on this sarms run in less than a month, and made some nice changes, as you've noted. I'm looking forward to any future updates you can bring us!
CriticalEclipZzZ said:Hey AR fam, quick check in...
Today is day 37 of the stack and I'm still feeling great. Actually was able to get a workout in a little bit ago and destroyed my shoulders. (Still wanting to see a shoulder video from you Dylan ) For anybody new reading this if you didn't happen to catch it earlier, this is the first time I've taken anything other than your typical supplements you can buy anywhere. I've NEVER experienced the kind of muscle harness I've got going on while on this stack. (DAT S4 DOE) ... My girl has taken notice as well.Whenever we get a chance to sit down and relax and watch a movie or something she always tends to rub my arms and has stated several times how they feel much harder
As for strength...I'm on a cut and my strength isn't taking a beating as has happened during previous attempts at a full cut. Which is great because it can be mentally daunting to see and feel your strength drop when you get into a cut. Vision sides are still the same as when they first appeared and honestly at this point I'm used it to the point that I have to remind myself that my vision isn't actually normal lol. I have actually considered grabbing another bottle of s4 and following Dylan's s4 dosing protocol and possibly increasing my s4 dose towards the last few weeks of my stack but haven't made my mind up yet. I'm not actually sure the slight increase would really be that much of a game changer considering how good I'm already feeling. I'm always skeptical when I start something new especially when it is something I will be putting into my body and almost nervous to be honest. But I asked a lot of questions, read everything I could, watched Dylan's YouTube videos and read his write-ups on pureessencesarms.com. I'm confident in saying going this route was a better choice than jumping right into AAS. I'm enjoying this run and still have until August 27th before I come off and start my mini pct. Alright guys I'm off to eat and get ready for UFC 189 later tonight. Go Mcgregor!!!
