Yea I'm going to use the 2mile run as the majority of my gauge for improvement. I usually do a 2 mile run once a week so I'll keep updating the times each week.
Awesome bro. That's already one hell of an awesome time! Very nice bro!

Hell yea, I sure will.Awesome bro, throw up a log when you get it. Id love to see the results
Well my routine was screwed up today because I had to be into work at 0300 so I didn't workout this morning. I got off early so I went to a gym on base and trained legs. I purchased a belt to wear for squats this week. I did 8x10 Back squats, I didn't go over 225lb I just focused on form as its been over a year since I've Squated with weight. The belt seemed to help a lot though. I then did 5x10-8 leg curls. Then I moved outside and did a circuit of 5 sets of Overhead squats(21,15,9) and then 50 walking lunges. My legs were pretty smoked after that and I didn't do any actual cardio today. My recovery still seems to be improving.
Seems like you're seeing some solid results so far. Keep hitting it hard and taking advantage of the SR brother!
Yea man I'm feeling great to be honest. The endurance feels like about week 13 on EQ.
I was back on my regular schedule today, woke up at 0400 at took my first dose of SR. I hit the gym this am at 0500, I actually took some MR Hyde with my first dose of SR so I was more than amped for the gym. I started off with cardio. I did a routine I do periodically, I basically did 5mins of the air dyne bike(20sec sprint 10sec cool down) 5mins elliptical, 5 min run, 5 min stair master and then 5 mins of burpees and I did that circuit twice. I must say my recovery is definitely kicking in high gear. I then did some shoulders I started with Cleans(10x5) then I did a 4 rounds of the following circuit 20 incline push-ups, 10 BB Shoulder press, 10 lateral raises, 10 front raises, 10 bent over raises, 10 front shrugs and then 10 dips. I then finished off with some straight bar press downs. I felt great this morning had a full night sleep last night and felt like I could've kept going had I not been pressed for time. When I got home tonight I did some Insanity T30 cardio workout with my wife, the workout was ok, I basically just did it because my wife asked me too.
Ya man the endurance is no joke, and that is pretty obvious by the look of your workouts. I'm glad you are having such a great experience!
That workout looks brutal, so for you to be able to push through all of that and still feel like you could keep going says a lot!
If you don't have a foam roller that saves my back from total destruction. I lay on it probably every night cause my back has been fuckin with me.
Yea I have one and actually do the same thing. The other day I think one of my herniated discs pressed against my sciatica. After the adjustment I was good though.
I think my biggest problem is I need a new bed and pillows
