I'm confused by the fact that the sciatic is in no way even remotely close to the ventrogluteal injection site. That area is very easy and nonproblematic

Those illistrations are for the dorsoglute (the ass) the vent to glute was a seperate article u just happened to see the start of that because I didn't crop it out. The Ventrogluteal article showed it to be the best injection spot. I should have cut it out to eleminate confusion
Oh OK bro. That makes more sense then

Yea it made me think of prestige Alaska..that maybe he had stored oil in there and it all flowed in at once which caused the severe pip?

I think I def hit a nerve - maybe not sciatic, but at the least a peripheral. I really do think it was the sciatic though. The pain was immediate, post injection. And I dealt with sciatica for years, many years ago, and I am very familiar with what that pain is like and how it affects mobility/range of motion when that nerve is being impinged. Either way, I'm going ventro glute from now on. Might even try quads - have to see how mine can handle 5ml's of oil though.

I think youll be fine as long as there's no prop in ur cycle. That pip hurts like hell in my quads. But no prob with anything else ive ever pinned there

Good luck with the quads and/or VG...just glad you are back at it again and able to walk! I know quads are tough for me but some people love pinning there. @rhynoplanet is a resident expert on VG...hit him up if you have any questions.

just be very very careful with your quads... i highly doubt you do this knowing how thorough you are but if you feel any sense of a twinge going on etc., do not push through at all or your going to be sorry... butter smooth on the way in generally equates butter smooth throughout but if you feel any sense of anything that could be out of sorts, just restart... if you hit a bad spot on your quad, which is far more likely to occur than anywhere, trust me, you will be extremely sorry... it can be excruciating and its a longer process to subside... it is a far bigger muscle but there's far more room for error

I think ventro gluteal from now on - I know where it is and it's easy to reach for me. Thanks DG!

I still like and prefer quads, but ventroglute is the shit. Super easy and nonproblematic, so I'm sure you'll love that injection.

Rick I would be willing to bet that since you are pretty much exclusively a quad pinner that you haven't had many problems with tren cough. The reason I say that is because I am a big quad fan myself and I have yet to ever have any blood during aspiration, nor have I ever had any blood leak from the site itself post injection. Would I be correct in assuming that? I'm just asking out of curiosity because I haven't used tren yet but the cough is definitely caused by a small amount of it entering the blood stream via piercing a small vessel. Have you ever had tren cough? If so did you get it from a quad injection? Sorry I just had to ask.
