Physique update

Looking good man!!! What's your diet currently like?

Hey thanks man and I just got done cutting pretty hard. Wasn't eating much... Like 1000 calories per day. High protein, no carbs, trace fats. This was my meals

Meal 1
Drink 2 cups egg whites

Meal 2
10oz chicken
Asparagus

Meal 3
10oz turkey
Asparagus

Meal 4
6oz chicken

Meal 4 (snack)
20 almonds
1 hard boiled egg
 
Now my diet is much different now that I'm leaner. That diet leaned me out quick... I didn't do it for long. Like 2-3 weeks

pretty much fullness and back to getting my body in a anabolic muscle building state again while maintains bf % as best as I can! But I'm actually about to cut my blast short at 6 weeks and give my body a little rest. Joints kinda ache in my elbow and I'm gonna take a week off lifting and lift light the week after that and get my body back in the groove. Resting pretty good for a couple weeks should do me good... Then I'll blast on test/npp/mast after I recover more... So that's the plan
 
How did you feel on that no carb diet especially on tren?

Man this diet was absolutely hell... Felt hungry all the time and some days I felt good, some days I was run down and tired. I was honestly going crazy on that diet. But I just said fuck it and did the damn diet anyway!!
