More pictures for you guys, I'm filling up more and more each day. My coach depleted me pretty good however I realized for the next show I have to fill up better than what I did. Unfortunately I learned you really need a prep coach who isn't communicating only via text and email, he just didn't know my body well enough. As I've been filling back up, I've become even more vascular and muscles feel harder and much fuller. I'm complaining I was lean and shredded as I could have ever been. That had to be my best lat spread I've ever had especially considering my back won't be perfect due to severe scoliosis as a teenager with rods in my spine now. I worked my ass off on my rear shoulders and it did well for my back. I won't compete for a while but I feel inspired to do Master's level competitions at NPC level. Oh yes I will be all geared up for that lmfao!!!!!
