Pb2 mixed with carton eggwhites dont require baking would hold together wouldnt taste as good but would double the protien and cut the fat way down for the guys that are cutting

I make something similar but may have to give these a shot. Only problem I run into when making shit like this is usually I'll eat the batch before they days over.
