So was the problem shipping delays or quality?I could deal with delays no prob but not quality issues.
 
It's good to know that certain standards are being set here and enforced.

I had some minor issues with an order a month or so ago just with a delay in shipping which could have partially been my fault. Either way, P shipped it out and sent me 20ml extra of Tren A. I support the decision to have it looked into and fix the problems but keep in mind this is the same guy that took it upon himself last year to make everyone whole again after a large scam. Shipped out basically free gear to 50+ dudes. That's a solid dude imo. Just my .02
 
I used to be in a band with a very cocky singer (I play guitar). He was cocky because he was very good. Everyone in the band hated him except me. I became very good friends with him and I learned a lot from him and he was the type of guy that if you became close to him he would give you the shirt off his back. Moral of the story is PHURIOUS reminds me of the singer. I think too many of the new guys here on the forum think this place is Amazon Prime. I doubt there's any vets making any formal complaints because they've been around long enough to know how it works. I'm sure this will all get sorted out if PHURIOUS doesn't decide to take his UGL elsewhere.

I feel I can speak on this topic as I know first hand, (some I will speak of and others I will not) first from being a customer then a rep for PHURIOUS PHARMA . This is not a bash by any means on PHURIOUS but he does have some holes in his game he needs to tighten up on, especially with his T/A. That being said hope he see's what he has here and turns it all around because its hard in this game and your reputation is everything to a UGL!!!!!

Placed my first order on 8/12. The delay happened and I emailed the rep and Phurious and they both reassured me all was going to be taken care of. I didn't panic and didn't bombard them with emails. I was more than happy with my order as it came with extra gear and a coupon for 30% off. Which I used right away and placed another order for my winter stuff and my stash box. I plan these things months in advance and know that this shit can take time. I am going to continue to do business with Phurious no matter what the outcome is with the probation stuff. The bottles are full as shit and I am happy. Good luck Phurious and you have a loyal customer with me. Everyone please calm down. One of the sayings that I see over and over on here is "this is a marathon, not a sprint". If you plan your cycles ahead of time a little glitch should not throw you way off. Fuck, I'm gathering shit for my spring cycle and it's barely October!

See that's the thing, you HAVE to plan things out with this. Of course delayed orders suck but it happens. I have a blast next month and I'm already g2g for the blast after that. I'd order from him again
 
Phurious always pulls through I can vouch for that. Shit happens but he never has ripped anyone off. I don't know what kind of complaints have been made but I hope they aren't lies or exaggerations from spoiled impatient people because as has been said many times on the thread this ain't Amazon nor is it even legal. And yes you need to be prepared ahead of time for cycles and not start cycles before you're fully prepared. I used to wait 3 weeks for gear from Moldova so a few weeks of waiting really isn't a big deal especially if it's out of the seller's control. I hope this all gets cleared up.

People get upset and that happens. But what bothers me is they go complain to admin instead of coming to me to fix it for them. Some said they were scared. Which is just silly. But to go to admin and say i ripped them off. Idk. Thats a stretch. And if a guy is emailing me everyday and i say nicely plz stop emailing me everyday. Becasue everytime i have to stop to answer an email it slows me down. So i ask plz wait till i message u it shipped. And then the very next day they email me saying has it shipped im gonna get a little pissed off. Im human i have a family. I dont work on this stuff 24-7. And i make mistake im not a robot. Thats what bugs me. The harrassment. The disregard for the fact that im just a human being not some robot sitting at computer waiting to fill orders.

Thats being said they have a right to be upset and they should come to me calmly and professionaly and tell me the issues. Its like if u show up at my door pounding on the door what kind of response do you think you will get? But if you knock and i amswer and u explain what your concerns are. What do u think my response will be?

All I know is I orderd on a Sunday and had it on a Thursday got the tracking info on Tuesday everything was smooth sailing . That was just last week

Phurious twice sent me a shit load of free gear. I think what happens is they get to overwhelmed and if one thing goes wrong with raws etc then a shit storm starts. Its hard to turn down orders. I own a small bussiness and I used to never turn down work, we'll when I don't show up people get pissed. I can totally see how it happens. It's easy to get overwhelmed. Good luck bro .
