There have been several complaints over the past several months from far too many members... Phurious has been given the benefit of the doubt because of his contributions over time and from being here since day 1 however there have been many issues in his control and out of his control that have compounded and only gotten worse... I have spoken about this and he understands that this cannot go on any further... I have been talking to members individually about this... i know many do not want their names brought up and you need not worry, no names are given out... I do not have the time for this type of thing and its very unfortunate that this is going on but it has to be corrected... When i started the forum I made a promise to everyone that nothing like this would be going on and I do not go back on my word... For now, Phurious is on probation and I am not sure if he will be here much longer depending upon what more I find but as of now, my assumption is things are not going the way they are supposed to with him so I will update further when a decision is made... Thank you everyone and always know that I do everything I can for the best interest of everyone...

I will say this.

Those of you who chose not to come to me because you were scared or otherwise not professional enough to come to me. Well. Thats on u. I cant fix something that i dont know needs fixing.

Everyone was told of the problems we been having i even made a thread, shut down the biz, shipped extras, gave coupons. If this didnt satisfiy you then you are not satisfiable.

For those of you who think i spoke to you harshly or abrutly. Well you are probly the ones emailing me every day sometimes 3-5 times a say with "any news" "did it ship" "hey did u ship that" "did u raws make it". "Will u ship mine ahead of everyone else" and you did this full well knowing what was going on. And that is harrassment. I need tk be left alone to work or it just slows me down. But i cant not answer then its. "I emailed him a day ago and he didnt answer so i figured oh my money is lost" "if i dont hear from you by 5pm ill go to the next level and you wont want that". Etc.

Those of you who came to me and i over and over reAssured u that i was diligently fixing the problem and were patient i thank you very much.

There were some of you saying to me privatly all the time hey man np sorry u has troubles as soon as u can send ty. Then turn around and stab me kn the back and saying things not true pr twisted to make your story seem dire.

I respect whats going on here and accept the probi no problem. Its on me that it happened.

But i will say this. Those who dont want their name said. Thats COWARDLY behavior and its a shame you didnt come to me in a calm cool professional manner and it would have been met w the same professionalism in kind to fix the problem so that you felt satisfied.

This is all i have to say.

What really pisses me off. Is that they have to bother a man who is swamped woth work and family. Insyead of just calmly coming to me so it can he fixed. People dont care about him or me. They just want what they want. And stir up shit when they dont need to. Ehat they need to do is take a deep breath and contact me. They chise otherwise. So thats why we are where we are and also my admitted screw ups.

You been around a long time. How many labs u seen get behind like i did? Many how many u seen publicly say hey we are in trouble here shutting it down to fix the issues and then reopen? 1 me. The rest all dissappear woth everyones money and then rebrand and go do it again. NOT ME. im here thru the fire fixing the problems and getting back to good.

I have only ever lurked in the forums and am currently on my first cycle ever that I just received Friday, so I don't know how valuable my opinion is but I'll give it for what it's worth. Phurious reps could have made more money off me than they did, but they voluntarily gave me advice on keeping safe on my first cycle and taking a smaller amount of gear. They could have just pushed whatever was most expensive and left it at that. Regarding the delays he stayed in constant communication with me and never let me feel like I was scammed. I received extras to make up for it ( which he gave me the option of choosing)and a 30% off coupon.
He was still short on some orals and offered to try and find them from another source if I needed them before his would arrive. I am satisfied.

Big thumbs up to Dylan. I'm sure this wasn't a topic he wanted to bring up. I'm glad it's an open forum where negative feedback isn't deleted. I appreciate when issues are posted for everyone to be aware of, and we find out how a source handles problems. If a problem is handled amicably the source gets more credibility in my book (everyone is happy when they will the lottery, but when the chips are down and things are not going your way is when we find out someones true character). Again, thanks for looking out for the members.

Sorry this has become an issue for you. I'll start by saying I try not to constantly bug people and can see where its easy to get worked up as time passes. This was my first order. My order was delayed quite a time, Phurious and his rep were there to hold my hand when I needed updates. When it came to light that he was having issues with raws I stopped being bothered by it, shit happens and when I read that, the delay made sense. On top of all that, Phurious included GENEROUS extras and a coupon. While the delay was unfortunate at the end of it all, he went above and beyond as far as making it more than worth the wait. I was not expecting that and it exceeded my idea of what needed to be done.

Communication is key. I firmly believe that everyone that runs a business will have problems with a transaction at some point, It is how you resolve those problems that show your worth.
So as far as I am concerned with my order, case closed, happy camper.

Loving this lifestyle involves risk he lost his fucking Raws and delayed orders. Did you get them or not? If you did quit fucking bitching...
