PE- RAD, SR, Letro- BONUS TRIPLE X

Day 6..

Not too much to report at this time, and not trying to bor you guys either. So far I'm impressed with how quickly I've responded to the SR.. I can't wait to stack it with GW.

I'll keep the updates coming.. More for my own motivation then anything else.

Random- Bought some Cod, so if anybody has any delicious recipe I'm up to hear it. I need to step my spice game up

Day 7..

Woke up this morning and already starting to slim down throughout my entire torso. I didn't want to say anything yesterday, just cause I didn't want to jump the gun. But definitely already noticing results.

I need to eat more cause I keep falling short of my targeted calories. I'm in a calorie deficit, but the SARMS will help retain muscle mass instead of looking flat when you don't have something protecting you from muscle wastage. So I think I'll be good, just need to up the calories a bit

Awesome to hear buddy. Your macros are on point, and with the SR in there I have no doubt you should lean out and tighten up well!

Thanks Rick! Really appreciate it. I've actually never logged my food like this, and have relied on my genetics to help me, but the older you get the harder that becomes. It's nice knowing the equation to your end goal, cause it's starts in the kitchen for sure.

Day off today but did cardio.. Wow, talk about major increase in cardio output.

1000 Jump rope revolutions, swings.. Whatever you want to call it.
200 reps X 5 sets with a 30 sec rest period
Ran 20-25 mins
Then another 1000 jump ropes.
Crushed it, and while running I noticed the SR pretty significantly. Breathing has become effortless. It's weird cause you seem like you should be tired but can keep excelling. I live in a hilly area and this run was great, and not too challenging.. like butta baby

Made some Cod with sweet potatoes and fresh salad. Grubbed out.

Day 8..

First half of the day was great. Hit the jump rope again, and after 1,500 swings I went and ran for 25 mins.

Second half of the day I hit the gym, getting my chest workout in, but was pretty tired.

Has 12 oz of Cod and that shit was off the hook. Macros still looking good and in course. Noticing less water retention, more vascularity, and feel stronger.

Your diet macro ratio looks almost identical to mine when I'm cutting bro. Very nice!

excellent work brother! im so proud of your results already... why don't you post up your normal daily foods and i'll give it a rundown for you and give you some ideas...

cod is excellent and a great addition... you know there are good salt less spices out there... i use a lot of parsley on things as well and it really makes a nice difference... i always like to try to get in some red pepper as well as its really good for you... not a lot, just a bit a day... i really like it in scrambled eggs etc... post it up and i'll give you my insight...

could also drop some cinnamon on those tat's to add a little flavor and some beneficial healing properties, I need to do something like this but I am just getting into the whole macro thing im sure it gets easier but seems like a lot of work at first

that app is a life save bro.. The very last screen shot I took is great cause as I add food it kicks out a percentage of fat, protein and carbs. so if I have too much fat, ill subtract that food and opt in for something else that helps me hit my goals. I just scan bar codes and it added to my list of food I eat regularly. "lose it" is the app name

Damn that is a pretty slick app man. I'll have to check it out

definitely a SICK app... what is it? i would highly recommend this for everyone... okay, here's the holes that need fixed brother... 1. too much fruit... you have to cut that down when cutting... i would drop all the berries and interchange with a grapefruit... way too much overall sugar, whether its a different type or not... 2. Ditch the wine... not saying you have it every day but don't buy the myth about red wine etc... its not helping you when cutting, regardless... drop it... drop the tortilla... drop the organic bread... drop the brown sugar and the quaker oats... get some eggs in there... change quaker oats out with bobs red mill oat and wheat bran... get them both... make sure your yogurt is greek non fat plain... try chicken, LOW SODIUM tuna, lean center cut pork loin, LEAN ground turkey, LEAN ground chicken... you have too many shakes in there... keep it to 2 a day... try ezekiel cereal with UNSWEETENED almond or cashew milk... make these tweaks and watch the difference... you can get some peanut butter in there (try Nuts N More Natural) for your clean fat... use spray olive oil when cooking... try changing these areas up bro...

green vegetables... zuchini, green beans, peas, spinach, broccoli

add mushrooms and peppers and onions in here as well...

3. REPLACEMENTS: MORE green vegetables... drop the sweet potatoes and add 1/2 serving of rice...

The name of the app is "lose it" best app I've used so far. Thanks for all of the additional info too man. I RARELY drink alcohol.. maybe once every couple months, so no concern there. More for the wife then anything else.

How do you eat Greek yogurt plain..? You're savage bro. I'll definitely make these adjustments

Day 9..

So far I have had a big increase in cardio and slimming up through the waistline. After today I should be dry as fuck cause I accidentally took 10mg of letro thinking it was my rad. Fortunately I didn't drink the last 5mg and spit it out. I was on a conference call, and wasn't paying any attention obviously.

One thing I noticed is my face started to break out a little bit, but I'm thinking it could have been from my body detoxing and getting rid of all the crap in my system. All is well now, but that was unusual for me because my skin typically stays pretty clean and clear. The only conclusion I could come to is detoxification cause I've never heard of SARMS causing breakouts.

Went running way later then usual today.. Outside, which was cold as hell and was non stop the whole time. Breathing is much easier and i can really keep a steady pace.

I also have been running a little hotter then normal now that I think about, but nothing major. I haven't noticed to much in the strength gain dept just yet, but not worried about it one bit.

I weighed myself and so far only lost 1lbs. Which is great, cause I can tell my waste is leaning out, but I'm obviously retaining muscle mass.

Jumped on the phone with my Dylan, and helped me to further dial my diet in even better. Thanks buddy, very helpful as usual.

I got legs tomorrow, so let's see if the power increases are there

As you can see diet was a little off today, but I just barely broke 2,000 calories. Going to bring the fat percentage down a bit and reconfigure carb intake.

Day 11..

Just grateful, especially after being with family for Thanksgiving and spending time with my family creating memories.. Good times for sure, and hopefully all of you enjoyed yourselves as well. I'm very aware of my soundings, society and I see other guys my age that don't do a damn thing, no activity, no purpose and wont have the strength later in life to even throw their kids in the air, cause they are weak. I'll work my ass off and stay youthful and have that old man strength my pops still gots' to this day.

Anyways, my stack is working real nice at this point. I'm actually going to take some measurements and see where we are at (early next week). I can assure you that I have already lost a measurable amount of weight, and just feeling very positive and strong. Keeping the diet dialed in so no problems there. Although I did deep fry a turkey on Thanksgiving and it was off the hook.. I injected it with butter n' shit was delicious man! I got allot of love around the table for that bird.

Also just to mention quickly, cardio continues to become easier with shorter recovery times. If I can make it happen in my schedule this week I want to go down to the track and do some wind sprints, get some intervals in. GW was awesome when doing this type of training, so I'll be interested to see if SR has similar effects.
