PE Rad 140 Log

Everything so far is going really well. The fatigue I had been experiencing is completely gone. My workouts have been some of the best most focused workouts in a long time. I look forward to going in everyday because I know I can do better than the last week. Another nice thing I've noticed is I have a bum knee which has been operated on twice. Normally it aches like crazy after leg day but recovery has been so fast that I haven't experienced any kind of aches or pains. Only thing I can say is I get some pretty gnarly low back pumps depending on what I'm doing.
Weight is holding steady at 207.4. I'll definitely be giving RAD a full 12 week run.

Nice update man. I've heard great things about that recovery benefit from RAD!

this is awesome bro... very great report on what's happening for you with rad... i love the fact your recovery is so strong with it etc... this is excellent man... keep up the great work and keep the updates coming

So I think if I remember when I started I'm 5 and a half weeks in. My weight as of this morning was 208.2. The weight gain in the beginning was pretty rapid and now it seems to be more steady. Considering I've gained over 7 pounds in 5 weeks I would say I'm extremely happy. I've gotten comments from people I haven't seen since I started and they tell me they can notice I've gotten bigger.
My recovery in between sets is rapid. On heavy strength days which normally require 2-3 minutes I'm ready to go after 1 and can still stay in the same rep range. I haven't really been keeping up with my cardio which is my own fault but I really want to put more concentration into lifting 6 days a week.

7 lbs gained in 5 weeks with an increase in endurance is pretty incredible bro. Nice job!

Just wanted to throw up a 6 week progress picture. Not the best lighting but weight is steady at 208.

I've been busy with work so I haven't had time to update. My weight has been steady. It seemed I gained a lot of weight really quickly in the first 6 weeks and then it leveled off. I'm still getting slightly stronger every week so that's a plus. I recently switched my workout time from around noon to 6 am so I'm still getting used to that difference. I'm down to my last couple weeks so time to get it done!

6am is a big difference, but you get used to it pretty quick. I like to workout around 10 or 11am, but sometimes it doesn't work out. Anyways man, youre looking good brother. Keep up the good work!

It's been awhile since I've updated but my run with rad is now complete. I gained 8 pounds in 12 weeks. Definitely gained width and size in my back most of all. Strength gains were steady. My bench, squat and deadlift all increased.

My health insurance doesn't kick in for another 30 days. With that and living in New Jersey they want my arm, my leg and my first born to do blood work.

How are you feeling overall? Did you feel a drop in performance after the Rad or is it about the same? Also any change in libido during or after? I'm looking at running Rad in the near future just curious.

Around week 9 I started to feel a little bit lethargic and sex drive wasn't where it had been. I started dosing DAA and a natural test booster and felt much better after three days of it. I do believe that running a test base with RAD would be benefitial but not 100% necessary. Performance and strength have remained the same as had my motivation in the gym. No huge changes to speak of.

Thanks for the info.
