Over coming a injury

Hey guys i have a question before i start my very first cycle.

I injured my lower back a few months back and didn't really tend to it like i should of. Well long story short the last couple weeks i been getting the prober professional attain i need and its final getting better not full healed but manageable. I have but my training to the side line this whole time while counting down the days till my scheduled first shot ever this coming week. I am running a straight 12week test e cycle of 12weeks, 6weeks 350mg and if i feel i can handle it bump it to 500mg a week.

Now my question can i start my cycle and do a lot of core and stability training to truly rebuild my self and get to the heavy lifting when i get on my bridge cycle, or is that just a waste of a cycle. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

I have a lot of experience in the back injury dept. I'd probably hold off on the cycle of your not 100% I would continue to train progressively and do a lot of core and lower back strengthening exercises. I'd especially include planks of different variations in as that's the key to stay pain free imho.

Ahhh.. This injury is so aggravating i just want to lift again. Your right thanks for the wise advise brother. Im gonna hold off and just take my time.

before you hit the hard shit you may think of some sarms to build back some recovery and endurance like mk677 and 2866

Yea man it's aggravating I know but don't try and go in too heavy too soon because you'll just end up on the sidelines, trust me I've done it too many times lol. Low dose Mk 677 would be a great addition to assist you in the recovery process and give you a good bump in energy.

I was saving that for my PCT and my bridge but i guess i could just start that now. How should i dose them if im just takeing them by their selves and would i need to do a mini PCT after it if i dont start my test cycle when i get done with mk 2866

all you are goin to take is the 2866? i don't think any time off you should be able to just cruise right into your test cycle. mk is used as a bridge between cycles as well. i mean i wouldn't run it more than 12 to 14 weeks without a coupla 3 weeks off of it. but i think you need to think of a slow stead recovery and not rush in to any weights for atleast 5 to 7 weeks as you get your core strength back up

The normal dosing protocol is 25mg MK2866 and 20mg MK677. I actually actually like to dose the MK677 at 10-12mg a day though along with 12.5mg of ostarine. I'm a lower dose guy though anyway. I would still recomend a mini PCT though if your not running it right into a Test cycle.

Im not sure what i am going to do yet i wanting some input before i made a desicion. Ill look into running both mk for a little while than just cruise to my test cycle thanks for the help.

I would say hold off on the gear too and stick to SARMS for now. It will allow you the time to heal, and by the time you wrap up your rehab you'll be in a better position to discuss AAS. Both MK and Ostarine should help in the healing process and protect against muscle wasting.

Oh man.. You're in for a pleasant surprise then. When I first tried them, I wasn't expectingmuch and it was a major Turing point for me. I was pushing 260 and cut to 220 in 12 weeks with just Ostarine. And his was when SARMS weren't even that popular yet. Sarmsx is a much more potent product then what was available at that time.
 
You definitely want to go with the healing stack from sarmsx bro. That is going to help you tremendously with your recovery. Don't jump on an AAS cycle just yet until you are 100%

1-12 MK-2866 25mg ED dosed once in the AM
1-12 LGD 10mg per day dosed once in the AM
1-12 MK-677 25mg per day dosed once in the AM

Mini PCT

CLOMID 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes before workout

hey brother... i completely sympathize with you as i have had a lower back injury since 1999... so i am more than familiar... im not sure exactly what type of injury you have but i do know how to strengthen it to max levels.. A LOT of core and stability work is very important... strengthening your abdominals is imperative when trying to strengthen your back... another thing that you should do is stretch A LOT... yoga may even be something to consider... riding the bike really helps to loosen it up as well and then i would make sure to incorporate sauna time as well as drinking plenty of water and continuously getting all toxins out of your body...

when it comes to anabolics, i would hold off as much as possible on all out blasts until your 100%... the beauty of sarms is that they are perfect for injury recovery all the while, providing the ability to spare muscle throughout the process... they fit perfect for you... my recommendation, run a healing stack of sarms and perhaps add one or two more for muscle building qualities as well as strength and muscle and you can and should run these on your trt regimen... they are perfect for it... this is the stack i would run... if your running trt then no mini pct nor daa is required...

1-12 mk677 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…

I got some bad muscle and nerve damage im getting accupuncture for that right now which is helping. I feel like something is wrong with my lower spine to just havent had the courage to do any X-Rays of MRI. I will though when the accupuncture is done. Also thats for the layout bro im so ready to lift again im fiening. Lol
