Opinions on weight gain

I'm on a test only run. Been on 500 test e and 100mg prop for the last 4 weeks. This is my last week on prop, should be gtg now with the E.

I'm 6'2 currently 198, around 13% or less. I started at 185, coming off a low cal prime up. Now I'm on 3600 cals (legit) for 5 days, then 2800 on sat sun.

I'm obviously gaining and strength started coming on this week.

I'm paranoid to ever get over fat again. What is a good average gain per week? 1-2? 3-4? In my past history I didn't care and just gained as much as possible, and looked and felt like shit.

My macros are 45% C 30% 25% p

there's no set number there, it comes down to whether its clean or not and whether body fat is increasing... are you saying your diet is 45% carbs, 30% fats and 25% protein? if so, i would not have protein be that low whatsoever... that would need to change for sure
 
I've found that, when I set protein at initial goal weight, I grow and stay lean, when not enhanced.

As far as clean/not I'm about 90% compliant.

When lean gaining, I think it's best to stay at between 500-750 calories over maintenance and your macros need adjusted as well. Protein is far too low.

In the past when I shoot the protein way up, I get soft as hell. I'll adjust slightly to about 1.5 ish, and go with it.

As far as cals, being 6'2 and 40, 3600 is my base numbers, and will adjust.

My waist has stayed at 33.5 and I'd like for it to stay around there
 
I would aim for at least 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight. I I'm roughly 200lbs (a little under now that I've been cutting) and keep protein at 300 grams. I don't like the whole percentages thing myself. I set protein and fat, then fill the rest in with carbs to hit my desired caloric intake. Everyone is different, and as they say, there is more than one way to skin a cat ;).
