Ya...his blend of caffeine is BS they are way too time release and never hit you more then 200 mg's at a time through a 6 hour window, I need the jolt for my hour and a 1/2 workout not 5 hours after I'm done...LOL

Id rather drink a few cups of coffee, some bcaa and a punp product. Pumpaholic is a pretty solid pwo but I generally dont waste my money. Juice gives me plenty of pump and now that ive cut back my caffeine intake I can actually feel coffee again. I used to drink two monsters with 4 servings of pwo.
