the next day was all clean foods with my in laws (I cooked) - no real calorie count, just salmon, and homemade nam prik with ground pork and dover sole
brownies that were made with tigernut flour (remind me to post the recipe, crazy good)
experimented with some offal - did some lamb brain fritters with gluten free flour

Monday through Friday
Calorie controlled keto
Between 1100 to 1400 a day, 95% whole foods, a little shake here and there to quell a little sweet tooth

Today doing a clean refeed - meaning no junk food, all home cooked food
(eggs, smoked salmon, homemade pulled pork with sugar free sauce, etc...)
just so I don't go donkey punch a cream pie or apple crepe when I'm in SF at a friend's picnic


Strength:
really happy about strength

still hitting shoulders hard - and it's starting to show which is great feeling - actually first time I see definition in a pic which is super exciting
did weighted dips for the first time in years - felt pretty crazy

ring pullups - as always, really fun - doing them tomorrow

Subjective visuals:

mOTHER in law last week who saw me for the first time since March : "now the bloat is gone" LOL

went over to my parent's house yesterday and my mom was beaming with pride as to how I looked
she even had me stand up to show my brother when he came in - being a touch traditional and very family oriented this felt amazing
even my dad, who like all Indian dads is tough, said he was super proud of my hard work and discipline
I even wore a Nike sleeveless shirt - which I actually pulled off decently
My little brother, who is actually quite a big man and was the buff lean one growing up, said "damn dawg, lookin' lean"

I said ya I'm working on it, it's a process. Proceeded to get a plain Iced Americano. Super helps to get results, because then you feel like it's worth it to keep trying.
In the past, I'd say - fuck it, I'll have a 7 layer bar and a croissant
Now, I"m like - nah, I gotta do dips tomorrow morning again - so zero calorie iced espresso is fantastic

this morning, and I'm a married guy so I'm not one of those 'guy who talks to gals at the gym' kinda guy, a really attractive gal started asking me for workout advice at the gym, just outa the blue
that happens like never, seriously

oh, and I wore a medium size workout shirt - had previously been wearing a large


AGAIN IT NEEDS TO BE SAID:
I'm so appreciative of the help I'm getting from this group/forum, Dylan, and the stack he has me on

I put on a Ted Baker suit I bought a few years ago, one I couldn't button up in December went I went to a Google party, and my wife was like:
"Damn, honey, who have to bring the middle in - it looks like a tent now!"


next formal update will be next Saturday morning - again, today is a non calorie counting yet still clean low carb day
rest of the week will be very calorie and macro controlled
just been dealing with a lot and lot of hunger lately
drinking a lot of carbonated water and meditating

Hi everyone

Start of my 43rd day - wanted to give a quick update

got through 4th full of week of S4 and overall of course 42 full days on at least the GW and MK stack

to say I'm happy is a mild understatement

Diet
This week was really good
Saturday last week was the high calorie keto day - brought all my own food, no booze, no refined sugar
Monday through Friday - kept it between 1100 and 1450 calories - healthy keto foods
pretty much went shake free though this week, BCAAs pre and post workout



Today doing a semi clean refeed - tastes are changing, normally I go binge on 3 croissants after a Saturday morning workout
today, got a lot more happiness having carbs in the form of steel cut oats with berries, bananas, walnuts, organic raisins... liked it so much I may even have it again for dessert at night while watching a movie

missus is going to London for business this week so today is a date-ish day so probably going to go out to eat a few times
I'm not going to stress about it, as I'll be right back on point tomorrow
cutting out my drinking this year has really helped - not being hungover allows me to not make shitty food choices 3 days in a row


Strength:
really happy about strength

but - strength going up in all departments - did thumb over pullups on Thursday, again with additional weight yesterday, then today 10 sets of superset dip/chinup
holy crap.. I was breathing hard... but I did it! felt amazing... felt swole - LOL (don't laugh at me)

I have also started throwing in a 3.5 to 4 mile walk after dinner most nights - just slow and steady walking through my alma mater -

wife two nights ago said she could see and slightly feel my hip bone... and that is a never before kinda thing

Boss who was in Europe for a month saw me yesterday and had a
"holy shit!" reaction

he said: "keep doing what you are doing cus' our clients want to hire beautiful people" LOL
I felt like 10 feet tall

all my clothes are fitting better
I have about 6 weeks until Vegas so I'm going to make some additional changes starting tomorrow - gonna cut out my morning cream in my coffee
I already have enough social stuff going on without adding additional cream calories that may gum up losses or cause stalls - let's see

Next update will be next Saturday, just want to note that I have a client dinner at my house - so my usual carbish refeed will be the night before, rather than Saturday, then I got my mum's birthday the following Wednesday... anyways, I'll be stricter still on my 'regular' days

Thank you Dylan and Team Adrenaline Rush - this trip is simply life altering for me - hip bone? me ? really? wtf?

oh ya - I have not been strict on S4 - meaning I let it go a touch over the 1/2 mark - so my intake this week is slightly more than what I started with, but I am not being super anal about it...

kinda cool today - first ever time in my life I was able to hold myself from a ring with one hand... just managed a few seconds
but it was still pretty awesome

still burning off yesterday's cheat day - ugh... just fasting during the day with black coffee and SARMs... simple dinner

next full update in a week or two

you are in for a treat... adding in pct is one thing for the best pct scenario but when you run a stack AFTER pct, then you will see what this is all about

doing update a day earlier than the last few times as today is not a clean eating day I have been doing pics lately



Diet
This week was really good
Saturday last week was the high cheat day - I'll be honest, I was hurting the next day
but lesson learned

Sunday through yesterday - very clean
Calories slowly went up from Sunday about 900, Monday 1100, Tuesday 1350, Wednesday 1500, Thursday 1200
reduced dairy by 80%

healthy keto foods
few protein shakes, mostly BCAAs
trying to be less of a dumbass and introducing a lot more green veggies - mostly steamed and sauteed brussel sprouts
you know - steamed and tossed with goat butter and a boatload of Real Salt is pretty good

missus flew out to London for biz so I'm hosting a client dinner today - some pretty rich Indian food that I'm making all from scratch
a combination of Goan and Bengali food - if there are any Indian food lovers/aficionados out there

my buddies are big eaters so I had a great workout - but today will be a calorie bomb
trying to do some insurance activities by taking in a lot of resistant starch and drink black coffee, blah blah blah, I know it's BS but it helps me deal with the guilt


going right back clean tomorrow morning - will do some night cardio in the form of clubbing - I love to dance
luckily I don't drink now so it's pure calorie burn for me (and designated driving is low intensity cardio right?)

I hurt my junk with the weight belt so I've been working on my bodyweight exercise form to up the intensity instead of adding weight
that being said - FIRST TIME EVER - this morning could get that thud as my chest hit the bar on the top of the pullup

cranked through dips - first time did 10 sets of 7! for me that's huge

went out last night to a bar (didn't drink) - colleague who hadn't seen me in 1 month - 'jay - you lost weight or something?'

flexing hard - can see some shoulder striations

I can actually feel solid tissue in my side abdominal area - even my dad yesterday was like 'hey this part is not as super fat!'

Went for my first cryobath in like 2 years - therapist there was like - wow, best I've ever seen you!

I'm glad everything is going so well my friend! It becomes obvious that you are doing things right when people really start to notice all the changes you've made. Keep up the great work! You've done really well during this cycle and your hard work is paying off

just random - went to go get a back wax today, first time ever - some spots were pretty painful I must say

working on love handle area, although it's still going down

the esthetician took some pics for me

back's looking good man, keep doing those pullups, rear delts, and SHRUGS

you have the beginning of a real nice shape going on your back bro.. you know where your problem areas are but they have gone down drastically so when its all in line, its going to look very good bro... your making some serious progress

Hi everyone

Start of my 57th day - wanted to give a quick update

so this is about 8 weeks, 7 of which have been triple stack - I added S4 last

Tomorrow I am starting the DAA product that Dylan recommended

By next Saturday update:
Including today, 6 clean eating days - tomorrow is family day with higher calorie foods
7 workouts - including a spin class on Monday




Diet
this week with my missus gone, a client dinner, and my mum's bday, ended up having 2 bad days instead of 1 weekly one
other than that pretty good so since including last Friday and today - 7 days real clean, 2 days let's not talk about
sleep has been crappy - just don't do well with my missus out of town - haven't been partying or anything


Strength:
been doing lots of dips and super sets
no big updates, except my frequency has really gone up - I just look bigger - like I'm solidifying, if that makes sense
arms are solid, even calves are growing, doing a lot of free bodyweight raises - between upper body sets
I think the healing aspects of the stack are really kicking in - specifically my left pectoral area
I didn't think I would really be able to work out chest again consistently


Subjective visuals:

not much to report hear except the back photos I posted the other day
that was a great feeling
haven't really seen anyone recently that is new and my wife is in Paris
so I'm just going back my own subjective metrics
more veins each day which is kinda cool

with the back waxing, nice to see stuff actually pop out
despite the pain, it was well worth it

I have about 4 weeks until Vegas

Next update will be next Saturday, hosting a brunch for my family tomorrow, so it will be high cal - but not tons of refined sugar
I really should toss in a 1 day fast in there somewhere - let's see if I can pull one off, maybe on Wednesday

I'm seeing an old friend on Monday - curious to see her feedback as she hasn't seen me in 18 months
we are doing a weights class at her gym and then

your doing fantastic bro and anything i can do to help is a privilege... its an amazing transformation... you must continue to have the drive you have, stay focused and continue to progress... i have no doubt that you can far surpass any goal you have...

Hi everyone

Start of my 78th day - it has been a few weeks since I last gave an update
got a little side tracked with updates (but not with training)

so this is about 11 weeks, 10 of which have been triple stack - I added S4 last
I am running this till day 84 then going to take at least 4 weeks off
won't lie, night vision has gotten pretty bad - I do look forward to getting that back

I started a DAA product that Dylan put me on to - it really tastes nice


Diet
last few weeks have been a touch event heavy, family birthday, etc...
but still overall keto with carbs here and there
been doing a lot of sardines and avocados recently...
last carb up today before Vegas next Friday, client taking us out for a celebration dinner in SF


Strength:
got chins up to +30 lbs (yes!!!) (my goal by end of next year is 90 lbs)
been doing lots of cardio, including with 10 lb hand weights in a full body fashion... intense stuff


Subjective visuals:

friend who I mentioned previously, she was pretty stunned as to how I looked when we went for a group weights and spin class
even wore a tank top to workout class! my first time ever this out and being seen by someone I knew
best friend from 4th grade saw me at a bar, he is from NYC - said he didn't recognize me :)

size 30 jeans I bought in early July - wore them out with friends 2 weeks back, AND sat AND ate in them!

though jellyish in front, at times I can actually feel my abdominal wall by pressing, my wife really likes that part when I'm standing around... never thought there was anything there underneath the goo

been doing more shoulders and I have some more definition and actually some veins... pretty exciting stuff
getting the forearm veins I have always always wanted...

this time of my life has literally changed it - I cannot wait to take a month or so off, chill, and then ramp up again
I already bought my second Triple Stack a few weeks ago so I'm all set when I'm ready to begin
