Newbie here.. questions about Dbal

Hello everyone. I decided to join the forums after watching a few of Dylan's vids on youtube. They're very informative...

I have been working out since I was 17years old off and on. I am 29 now and have built muscle but didnt bulk up or got big as i am a hard gainer. I would stop for a few months than get back into it.. every year. Ive never used any steroids... only whey protein, creatine, vitamins and bcaa's and been eating healthy.

I am 6'1 and 170lb

I am thinking about doing only one cycle of Dianabol of 25mg per day for 4 weeks as Dylan suggests to get a little bit of gains (not massive big).. my question is... What other things should I take with Dianabol to prevent negative effects? Is drinking protein and creatine after the workout still ok?

These might be stupid questions but I am new to the steroids and dont know much about what to take with them and how to recover... so any help would be appreciated. :)

cant take dbol only you are going to wreck your liver. you always ALWAYS have to have testosterone base. you need to get your diet right first and foremost, eat more and when you are full eat more. you are underweight to say the least and all you will gain with dbol is water which will disappear
 
You might consider tbol over dbol if you're trying to avoid side effects and aren't looking for "massive gains" but typically you want to do a test only cycle your first cycle. Were you intending to run an oral only cycle? What are your other stats like bf%?

that's great advice, use tbol instead at 40-60mg with test as a base, but yes, you need to give us your other stats so we can give you better tailored advice
 
Yes I wanted to try out the oral only cycle. Don't want to mess around with anything else I hate needles. My body fat is around 12%.
 
you CANNOT do an oral only cycle, if you want to use aas you have to get used to needles brother bottom line, well let me rephrase that you can do an oral only but you will be putting yourself in a dangerous situation
 
I am interested in SARMS. Not really familiar with them though... are they legal in the states? And which one is the best for bulking?
 
Which sarms do you recommend from sarmx.com for bulking? Are these in pill form and how to take them? This is the first time I heard about SARMS....
 
lgd s4 mk677 a bunch of them. here is what I will suggest take a look at the logs and review and research the shit out of them so you know exactly what you are getting. sarmsx is in a liquid suspended in grain alcohol which it the best way to be bioavailable. I will link to it here

If you're 6'1 and weigh 170 then you need a major overhaul of your nutrition protocol. I'm not big on the whole "hard gainer" thing. Can you post a typical day's/week's diet?
 
Dude at 6'1 and 170 lbs, you need to be looking at the right nutrition setup to grow. No supplement, sarm, or steroid is going to do much for you if you don't know how to eat. Do you track what you eat? What does your diet/caloric intake look like? I don't buy in to "hard gainers", that just means to me that you need to eat more.

bro, have you really been watching my videos? if you had, then you would clearly know that i say oral only cycles are the worst thing you can do, and dbol is the worst oral to run as a stand alone, even worse than anvar only... bro, drinking protein is not ever going to have a negative effect unless you have an absurd amount that noone would ever be stupid enough to take and creatine is completely fine with anything... however your cycle is far from okay... just because you think you a "hard gainer" does mean dbol, with sloppy shit gains, is the answer... its not at all... you can run it with test but its not even close to the best option... are you opposed to running test? you dont even want massive gains as it is... this makes no sense whatsoever bro... you dont even need steroids for that... what is your main goal and are you opposed to using test?

I appreciate your time bro and love the info you put out. Like I said I am new to the steroids and dont know shit about what to take with them or how to pct. I did a lot of research and watched a few of your videos and this video from you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-NLOEqqmdM0 says a lot about it... so do you suggest tbal over dbal with test? Or SARMS? for first cycle.
