Hey Guys,

Just joined the site because I am looking for information on SARMs. Watched a few videos from Dylan to gain some knowledge as well (not trying to bash anyone but he seems much more intuitive and caring than a certain "Dr." that has garnered a lot of attention recently.

In any event, figured this was the best way to start and introduce myself.

Stats:
Age: 31
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 209
BF %: 23% (according to Skulpt not sure it's super accurate)
Years Training: 10 years military physical training but fell off after medical discharge and gained a lot of weight. Finally got off my ass a year ago and been hitting it hard ever since.
Goals: Increase muscle mass, decrease BF%, overall increase in health and wellness
Previous Cycles: none
Supplements: pre, post and pro JYM
No known allergies to foods
Other Relevant Info: Shoulder surgery in 2012 to repair torn rotator cuff and torn labrum (it still gives me some issues but I manage). Also take topirimate(25mg) and Fluoxitine (20mg) twice a day.

Thanks for being a receptive site and responsive members (at least what I can tell so far).

Ricky

Welcome to the board man. This is a very solid, no bullshit community. Any questions you have, all you have to do is ask.

Thanks guys. It seems like everyone is pretty open to helping and no BS for sure. Last thing I want is someone sugar coating something because they think I may not want to hear it. I would rather have my feelings hurt a little than risk my health.

With that said, anyone know of any adverse interactions with the medications I listed in my stats? That is my biggest fear.

you wont get sugar coating here brother welcome a lot of us here are prior or retired military. and i was the same when i got out i gained a shit ton and now have lost it, don't be too hard on yourself it gets harder the older we get to lose quickly like we used too. anyway ask away on your questions and join in on the convo

what are your goals

Thanks rock. It's a hard transition to make.

I'm just trying to up my lean body mass, decrease BF% and be an overall healthier person.

When I got out of the Air Force(2014) I was hovering around 245 pounds and honestly stayed that way until last year. Realized I was unhappy with myself and decided to make some changes. Started out with a paleo diet which helped pretty dramatically. Then I started following Jim Stoppani's workouts and haven't felt this good in a long time. I am in the gym 90-120 minutes a day 6 days a week.

The diet thing has been the hardest. Right now I am sitting at 1.5gP x pound BW, 1gC x pound and .5gF x pound for my diet.

I will be dropping the carbs down to .75 next week and then .5 2 weeks after that. Don't want to go lower than that because where would I cut from at that point?

Just trying to figure out if SARMs are right for me. I feel like I am doing everything else right at this point.

Anyone have any suggestions, comments, tips?

RickRock,

Thanks man! Appreciate the response. What is the benefit in starting with the 12 week stack as opposed to the 8 week? Sorry if that is a silly question.

Welcome to the best forum.

Props to you For the correct way to introduce yourself.

Def a hard transition i retired AF in 2011 and gained about 50 lbs depression, missing the structure etc etc i don't have to tell you. but i ran the triple stack for my first sarms run with test cyp and lost about 35 lbs felt great and moved on from there to the superman stack then mk677 and sr9009 came out and i cannot live without those in a stack now RickRock has a thread on diet i couldn't find the link maybe he can post it for you. it makes the macros thing a lot easier i am from Alabama and i can somewhat get the math lol. but i think you may be cutting the carbs a little too low but don't hold me to that we are always here for you for encouragement and to get up in that ass if we need too. believe me i have had my ass handed to me in this forum a couple of times but it made me better. so stick around and enjoy and if you ever need anything HOLLA

That's not a silly question at all my friend. To get the full benefits from the compounds, 12 weeks are recommended. 8 weeks really is cutting it a little short because at the 8 week mark progress is still being made

i would compare that to say running a long estered test only 8 weeks... can you get anything from it? yes, of course but you would be cutting it far too short and miss out on some of the best results you could get from the cycle...

with your current stats and goals, the enhanced super stack will be perfect for you... there is NO interaction problem with the medications you listed either bro... here are the links for everything you need followed by the layout...

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.

Thank you. I figured as much but sometimes more doesn't always mean better so I figured I should pose the question.

On the PCT, 50/25/25/25 are the daily dosages for the 4 weeks, correct? Again, just trying to make sure I know what I am in for and what I am doing.

I did see the other thread where a member complained of depressive side effects on S4 but I think both you and Dylan were able to attribute that to improper dosing. My concern is with the depression/anxiety meds I take. I have been on them since 2012 (I just mention the length of time because I am pretty reliant on them at this point) and I don't want to make a $1,000 investment to find out my depression will worsen. Just trying to find a little peace of mind.

Also, I understand you guys aren't my doctor or anything like that. I am kind of hoping someone on here might be in the same boat as me and might be able to let me know that they have been fine.

Thanks again everyone. So much knowledge and helpfulness thus far. Greatly appreciated!!

Ricky

Awesome! Thank you Dylan. I appreciate the thorough response. I just responded in length asking about the meds before your post showed up so I apologize for that.

That was the final piece of the puzzle for me. Looks like I will be taking the plunge.

Yes that is absolutely correct on the Clomid dosing. You want 50mg per day the first week then 25mg per day the remainder of the pct

I don't see any problem or interaction issues whatsoever with your anxiety and depression meds. There are many people that have ran these sarms that are on the same or similar medications without one issue I've seen

you will be fine with your meds bro... there should be no adverse effect. of course anything is always possible but that would be quite an odd occurrence if it did... you do what your comfortable with but i dont see it being an issue... however YOU must do what your comfortable with...

im happy to help bro.. keep us updated on your results!

Thanks a lot everyone. I truly appreciate the warm welcome and feedback.

Made my purchase last night so when my stuff arrives I will probably begin a new thread with my beginning stats, progress and end results after the 12 weeks.

Excited to see how this goes for me. Thanks again everyone.
