New here and looking for advice on cutting cycle

Hey guys, great site.

I've been working with a trainer for a few months now and recently her recommended sarms, so my research brought me here.
He suggested taking osta and lgd for cutting.

My info:
34, 5'10", currently 215lbs down from 265

Diet:
- 1600-1800 cals daily NO CARBS(6 meals daily with 40g's lean protein per meal, veggies and avocados, almonds or natty pb)
- 1 day weekly refeed with complex carbs

Workout:
- 5-6 days weekly weight lifting (45-60 mins per session). I do high reps with short breaks in between to keep my heart rate up.
- 25-30 mins cardio daily, normally fasted in the mornings followed by 15 mins sauna. (I love the treadmill, 15% incline at around 4.5mph).

Sups:
- animal paks for my multivitamin
- animal cutz for water weight
- kre-alkyline efx creatine (don't bloat on this so I like it)

I uploaded a pic for reference of my current shapes.

Any info on a good sarms cutting cycle? Would osta and lgd be a good one?

great job so far brother and welcome to isarms. where did your trainer suggest you get ur sarms because the best is right here from sarmsx.com the real deal I lost about 45 to 50 lbs and 8 inches in my waist last year on the triple stack. which is gw,s4,and mk2866 it is an awesome combo for 12 weeks for max results. but now I just currently came off the superman stack and absolutely loved it. have you had any bloodwork done to see what your levels are? are you low t or on trt?

No I haven't gotten any bloodwork done, I think my test levels are fine. I don't have any libido probs or anything else-still get hard as a rock in the right breeze if you know what I mean.

Bro you want to stay far away from RUI. I wouldn't trust anything from there. Get your sarms from www.sarmsx.com and you won't be disappointed or be stuck with bunk product

For your goals, the cutting stack that would be perfect for you is this

proof is in the pudding here man 100s of independent people with sarmsx reviews read and enjoy and I wouldn't go anywhere else for sarms for sure there are plenty of nightmare stories on here as well.

what rick laid out is great too. probably what I will run on my next cycle in a few weeks

I forgot to add I will have mk677 in there as well as I am running it for now 5 months. you may need to tighten it up a bit im certainly no expert on diet you know what works for you but RR has a sticky I will post for you on diet I think you may need ot bump carbs on the gw and sr cuz your cardio and endurance will certainly increase 2 fold

Don't use RUI. I had legit t3 from them once but I wouldn't try them again. Especially not for something like SARMS. Go with the specialists. Sarmsx is outstanding.

Great job bro! Not long ago I went down this road, dropped 80#s....I know what your going through! Keep up the hard work....I did a sarms cycle and it really helped bro I highly recommend it. Also welcome to the forum!

mk2866 and lgd is a great combo, no doubt but thats definitely not the ideal cutting cycle at all... im not sure why that was given as your best option for a cutting cycle but i can give you quite a few different cycles for cutting.. that would be a bomb recomp but definitely not the best cutting cycle...

do yourself a HUGE favor... dont go near RUI... they have horrible sarms... they are very hit and miss as it is with other ancillaries etc but their sarms are beyond horrible... sarmsx is far and away the best you can find...

here's a damn strong cutting stack for you


1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
