Need help for a “recovery” phase my doctor is putting me on for 3 months

Hi everyone. Long time visitor and even posted a few times throughout the years. But it’s been a min. Need some help my bros!

Long story short. I’ve been on TRT for about 5-6 years now. I naturally have low test/ high estrogen and found out when i was in my mid 20s. Took me long enough to find a doctor to get me on a TRT. Im 34 now btw.

My doctor wants to implement a “recovery” phase for 3 months. She prescribed me clomid, hcg and anastrazole.

What would be the right doses for a 3 month recovery phase of each of these. I guess she’s worried about my fertility since I’ve been on it for a minute. I def wanted to keep the doses low since I’m going to get back on TRT in 3 months. But i am considering possibly having kids in the next 3-4 years.

I’m hating this and i asked about the doses cause im not sure if it varies and since this is almost like an extended “pct” i don’t want to over do it either. Any help is welcomed.
Thanks in advance

if you have been on trt for 6 years then there is probably a 2% chance you recover

the original doctor was right to avoid putting you on trt. Too many guys get put on trt nowadays who should not be on it and then five years later they changed their mind and regret it but now you see why you should always put off trt until it's absolutely necessary when you're older

recovery phase? you are not recovering shit in 3 months or in general.. the key to fertility is HMG.. without it, you dont have a real fertility stack and hcg and clomid alone will be very minimal on their help to you as well but im lost as to what is expected in a 3 month "recovery phase" which is non existent after being on trt as long as you have.. thats a not so funny joke

I agree completely but that’s something she wants to implement. Apparently they’re doing it for everyone that is on TRT. So I’ll get HMG. What protocol would you recommend for the 3 months with what she’s prescribing and HMG. Thanks my bro

very few people will ever recover go get your blood work done and sperm tested

are you speaking with a professional endocrinologist.. i can assure that is NOT what they are doing for everyone on trt whatsoever

as far as the fertility protocol, 75 mg of hmg every other day with 25 mg of clomid per day and 1000 ius of hcg per week

I would not follow that advice. It's terrible. There's a slim to no chance you can recover with as long as you've been on. I'd find a different endo if you have to

Bro odds of recovery almost zero and you gonna ruin your life in the meantime

I'd question her logic and bring facts to present I wouldn't just go with what she says.
