Myostatin inhibitor

There's nothing that's been proven to have any legitimate effect on myostatin whatsoever. If follistatin is what you are referring to, don't waste your money

None that I know of. You will find some here and there I'm sure that CLAIM to work. Outside of gentic mutation there has been no real proven scientific advances in this. MHP has a product out there and again it's just an example of a supp company slapping a label on something with claimed possible effects. Nothing proven to work though.

Not sure about injectables, but there has been some studies that used Ursolic Acid (and EPA). I manage a supplement store and I remember bringing in a ursolic acid product (I think from Forerunner labs maybe?) a few years back.

Have you ever used this ursolic acid before?

I tried a bottle of it but, at the time, had never been very regimented in my supplementation, so I didn't seem to notice anything in the way of extreme gains or gorilla strength. However, at the time when using it, I also was grappling only--no weights or other kind of training, just jiu jitsu. I was looking to preserve muscle while cutting down a weight class, so I truly wasn't using it the way you might be intending to (to me, it's something someone would try for bulking, but it has demonstrated some effectiveness in maintaining muscle mass in elderly populations & those prone to atrophy).

Personally, I would buy a SARM before ursolic acid again (granted, this is like 3 years ago, so I had no idea what SARMs even were--hindsight is always 20/20 though).
tl;dr -- Whatever your goal is, there's probably better options out there (for a similar cost) to ursolic acid.

I have used ursolic acid in Pat Arnold's product Ursobolic. I got absolutely nothing positive from it whatsoever. I ran it at recommended dose for a couple months and there was nothing different than if I hadn't used anything at all

Aerobics are the most effective way, clinical studies show decrease in muscle level myostatin

But nothing significantly proven to be truly effective is my point.

There has been no true Inhibitor break through. Just theories on how to get it down.

Well now that you mention it though donating blood would effect you're aerobic capability.

A new threat we shall start...

It will be a huge deal though no matter what when someone cracks the code on this and figured it out. We gonna have freaks everywhere.

Ya we need some scientists in this piece. Higher RBC would lead to a better Aerobic output though.

This is the absolute truth. If there was an actual way to overcome myostatin to any type of significant or perceptible degree, you'd see guys like Big Ramy everywhere. However you don't. Those fortunate enough to have a genetic mutation at the MSTN gene that controls myostatin (like Big Ramy) are lucky enough to capitalize on continuous growth nonstop. Short of having that genetic "defect" you are out of luck...

So I'm pretty sure I've been hearing about a SARM called YK11 that is a myostatin inhibitor. Anyone know anything on it. Not looking to adding it to my regimen or anything but I'm always up for learning.
