Myostatin inhibitor

Tell you right now no matter who makes it or who endorses it this is the sarm I will avoid if it's truly what it does.

So I'm pretty sure I've been hearing about a SARM called YK11 that is a myostatin inhibitor. Anyone know anything on it. Not looking to adding it to my regimen or anything but I'm always up for learning.

From what I've learned on it so far, it allegedly causes your body to produce more follistatin, which helps to inhibit myostatin. However the same thing happens with testosterone. It also has a profound effect on increasing follistatin production, so I wouldn't put much stock or thought into the myostatin inhibiting abilities.

As for the other effects of this sarm, I'm not really familiar with it. Perhaps Dylan will have some input on this for us

Thanks! Here is an interesting piece from the article stating that YK-11 is not a SARM but a DHT antagonist. This means: "YK-11 has 4 methyl (CH3) groups and so will likely prove taxing to the liver; SARMs have reduced liver toxicity profile because they have substituted methyl groups with Halocarbon."

So, again to tie it back to the OP and the topic there is no realy viable option to stepping around MI. As others have said we are all in this together so just work out, build muscle, and repeat.
