My Sarms Log!

Okay guys have ordered a 12 week cycle for my rat! To make this log completely transparent and honest I will have a split stack of SARMS1 and PE with PE being two months of the cycle. My goal is to trim fat and gain size in essense I'm doing a recomp.
About my rat

192 lbs
Muscle mass above averge
20-22% BF
Lifting 2 years powerlifting
E STATS B 255 S 405 D 465
Sarms being used
GW

LGD
All being run on the recommended levels from Dylan

My expectations to gain strength and a little size and drop significant amounts of fat, will be eating just below maintenance and adjust as necessary.

Planned first day is next Thursday.

I will be in to follow bud. It should be a good time. The pure essence stuff you have I'm sure you will love. hopefully you got something decent from sarms1, but the product quality has been very poor for quite some time now

I actually ordered Sarms1 just a week ago, I went off some of your older post in the past in different forums. PMed you and didn't get a response so I just ordered from a company you and a few others where vouching for. Shit changes its no big deal, it lead me to this place which is a wealth of information, live and learn I guess. Do you think I should front load the Sarms1 or throw it into the end of the cycle? Was originally going to run my rat on a 8 week cycle until I ran into pure essence and their August promotion.

the only place i would throw it is in the garbage... that's hard to say because if its as shitty as i anticipate it would ruin things regardless... i want you to start fast and progress far more rapid and if you start with them then you only slowing your progress but if you finish with them your cutting your cycle very short... i would go 12 weeks total and probably use theirs at the start and start pure essence as soon as you can...
 
Thanks for the relpy, waiting anxiously for it in the mail to be honest. I'm paranoid by nature, always think the worst.

yeah I used SARMS1 as well before, we all got jipped man..

and im paranoid too man but its no problem it will arrive fine..
 
Just a quick update on the recommendation from Dylan all start out with the Sarms1 first and then finish the bottle. Mail can be fast or slow over here. The PE wont arrive until probably Friday or so. The other should be here tomorrow. Also I got BOD tested today, unlike the US everything is mailed here, its a pain in the butt to say the least. But I do know that I did come in at 19.6% BF at 192.8 lbs. So I think getting around 15% BF is achievable in the next 12 weeks. And before anybody ask, yes I'm perfectly fine being just 15% BF its maintainable and Healthy plus I think I look better around that BF%
 
I'm interested in following you as well on this log. You are going to love the PE shit I cant speak for the other. What I can say is PE is the best shit I have ever used!! I cant speak for the LGD either but am anxiously awaiting running that and mk 677 if PE will go ahead and open up Christmas early!!!!

you can absolutely get below that level of body fat in the next 12 weeks.. as long as you are consistent with diet and training that is a very achievable goal and sarms will only enhance the likelihood to a far higher extent

Oh I think you will get much lower than 15% in 12 weeks bro, just as long as your diet is structured correctly. You could easily hit 10% if you wanted to,mans the sarms will definitely make it much easier to achieve that. At any rate, I'm sure you will love the results you get
 
Just one question. What is a correctly structured diet for such a bf drop? Are we talking just maintaining a caloric deficit or getting into the whole macro field? Just wondering. Thanks guys!

you absolutely need to assess your macros, just winging it will not cut it, you may eat too many carbs or not enough protein or too much fat, etc. It is best to be on point and maximize your results. It also depends on what diet you are using, some people utilize a Ketogenic diet, others utilize Carbs. BUT I would just not suggest eating a lot of carbs and fats together, either one or the other..
 
Since I compete in PowerLifting cutting below 15% isn't the best way to maximize my leverages. I'll cut as low as possible but either way Ill bulk back up to at least 14% min for strength.

it all depends on your maintenance calories... you need to figure out what your daily maintenance is first... then you figure what your goal is for a body fat drop... if its say 4% in 12 weeks... then you accommodate accordingly... i would start with a deficit of 250-300... see how you respond for a few weeks of that and then assess from there whether its staying where you are, eating less or possibly more depending on where your at, what your seeing and the desired result...
 
Like Dylan said, you need to figure out how many calories you burn in a day. I have took my diet to a whole new level and gained strength weight and lost bf, I do lift a lot and my job takes a lot out of me but as far as your diet goes you need to figure your daily schedule out first before anyone could tell you if you need to eat more or less. Your diet is a big part of your gains, yes training plays a big role as well but without the diet on point all the training in the world will get you no where.

yeah man true, I've lost a decent amount of bodyfat while retaining muscle mass/strength just from getting my Diet more refined..CONSISTENCY is key
