Hi Dylan,

First of all, I like to thank you for content you are sharing.You are one of a kind! My questions are a little detailed. Here it is, hope you can help.


I have put the following cycle together with these 3 short esther compounds and with 3 things in mind. If you can please give me your proffesional idea/opinion as what you think and why.

#1 To gain quality size/muscle in the shortest amount of time and keep gains as well.

#2 By using all short esthers, I can start pct about 3-4 days after last pin, there for saving time versus waiting 2-3 weeks using long esthers.

#3 Hoping to have the least amount of side affects.

P.s I'm undecided between test e or test propionate for using as test base, as there is around 8 week window +pct about 4 weeks.
Also what do think is an ideal pct protocal based on compounds and amounts being used ?

bodyfat is way too high for steroids.

why does everyone keep trying to use Prop and NPP???? these aren't for beginners. it makes no sense. starting your pct sooner makes no difference, if you use longer esters then they will be in your system longer, its the same either way. the only difference is youre gonna be pinning ALOT, as opposed to using basic Test CYP.

is this your first proposed cycle?? have you done anything before??
 
Steroids are for guys that are pretty much already ripped ... does that describe you?
At 22% BF these steroids will actually hurt you in achieving your goals
You need to dial in a correct balanced nutrition and training BEFORE considering steroids
To be safe and effective you need to have a solid foundation long established....if you can't get to 12% on your own.. no way in hell will using steroids get you there....I. constantly see guys 20% BF start using steroids and end up FATTER than when they started

brother, there is no point in discussing nor having steroids in your vocabulary... your body fat is far too high for this... you need to be under 15% to even consider it but honestly, 12-13% is where you need to be... i can help you get there but in no, way, shape or form would i advise steroid use, even if you paid me... i dont advise nor condone recklessness or things i know are going to hurt you... sarms are the best option for you and can accelerate you getting into the proper condition but ultimately, you have to make changes in your diet and training or it makes no difference what you use, you will never get to where you should be... start by reading my articles on sarms here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

Actually I take that back, 22% bf reading was from some months ago. Im under 15% now... So what do you think about cycle I proposed?

So you dropped 7% bodyfat just by forgetting you actually aren't as fat? 15% is still the upper limit for steroid use and I wouldn't ever advise trying to gain at that bodyfat level. It sounds to me like you really don't know your bodyfat. You should probsbly post a pic for better assessment

exactly... lets see it... you dont confuse 22% with under 15.. i dont care if you dont even have a concept of body fat... you DO NOT confuse those whatsoever and trust me, body fat is one of the first things anyone involved in any of this thinks about...
